    • Check in was easy. Staff were very friendly. Our junior suite was very spacious with a large terrace and had a great view, especially at sunset. I loved the huge soaker bathtub in the bathroom. The food at the breakfast buffet and on the a la carte menu was 10/10. The rooftop pool was beautiful, as well as very quiet and relaxing. We like that the resort is a little further along the Costa Adeje, away from the crowds at Playa Duque. It was quick to walk to Caldera where there were quite a few restaurants or further to Playa Duque restaurants. We booked dinner at the Rincon de Juan Carlos. The tasting menu was creative and delicious, however service seemed a bit hectic and yet slow at the same time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Hideaway Corales Beach.
    • Location, restaurants , staff
    • Exceptional welcome and service throughout our stay. The cocktails made on the rooftop were superb .Our first night meal was at Il Bocconcino & Fabien was a welcoming host and knowledgeable Sommelier. We enjoyed the wonderful service by the waitresses and the food was fantastic- big shout out to chef Niki - we had the tasting menu and loved it ( our favourite was the ravioli ).We also dined at The Starfish Grill for lunch one day and the service and food was beautiful.Breakfast everyday was a treat. The staff were always so friendly and remembered our tea and coffee orders from day one.The room cleans everyday were great too and the hotel went the extra mile to gift my partner cake and champagne for his Birthday. The beds were super comfortable for us and we felt very rested every night.Thank you to all of the staff for making it such a memorable holiday.

    Cons -

    • The one disappointment was not being able to have an hour extra for late checkout. We realize the hotel was very busy though and we were able to use the hospitality suite for 45 minutes. Although the breakfast buffet was excellent, the service was not good there for our 4 mornings. Each time, it was difficult to get our coffee orders. That was the only area of improvement that we felt could have been improved.
    • On the day of our arrival, no arrangements had been made, despite numerous emails, for a dining option, which was a little inconvenient.
    • There was a slight confusion on the bill whilst checking out but the receptionist was very apologetic and he was very kind. This did not affect the overall, exceptional service from everyone and everything.

It’s location, it was very clean everywhere, the room was very big and the clean, the staff were all very friendly, in particular the reception staff and cleaners. The breakfast buffet was very good and there outside seating area at breakfast was nice

There was no inside bar/lounge area. All the bars are outside, which is fine when it’s warm and sunny, but unfortunately during our stay the weather was very windy and especially in the evenings and therefore after dinner there was no-where to sit other than go back to our room

Having stayed in Tenerife numerous times, we decided the give The Royal Hideaway Corales Hotel a try. From the check in , the staff were so friendly and advised our room was not ready so we decided to have lunch in The Starfish restaurant, A trip in the golf buggy took us there. The turbot and burger was exceptional , and the surroundings so sophisticated and relaxed. A great start to our holiday, Our room was just perfect, beautiful views, so clean, mini bar fully stocked and the cleaning staff so fussy with every detail. The pool area so relaxed and stylish, plenty of beds available. So good that we are returning again to the Corales Villas at the end of March 2025. Well done to all staff.

Gorgeous spacious, soundproof rooms with large patio area overlooking sea . Well situated for restaurants, sea, walking and bus stop right outside.

The hotel is spotless and well designed with excellent well trained staff. All rooms have a stunning view of the sea and sunset with sunloungers. The breakast was exceptional - justly earning all the accolades. The hotel is well placed to enjoy the whole of Costa Adeje and, in particular La Caleta, the small fishing village which is more authentic than the rest of this coastline. There are numerous restaurants of a good standard and cafes to enjoy and locals still live in the vicinity. We ate in the hotel at the Starfish restaurant which was excellent. We found the food on offer in the Trattoria unexciting.

The bar at the top swimming pool was a bit flat - the staff were great but atmosphere was lacking. It was windy and cold most evenings.

Exceptional resort, probably the nicest I’ve stayed in Europe and close enough to some of the best I’ve experienced in Asia too. Biggest pro is the gastronomy, from the room service to the rooftop cocktails to El Rincón, San Ho, il Boccacino and the royal breakfast - the food across most of the resort is incredible! The pool side food at the main pool leaves something to be desired but that’s a minor complaint. Staff were incredible, particularly the cleaning team who clean your room as if it’s your home, organising your things and paying such incredible attention to detail. The resort has so much to it that you could potentially not leave for a week and be perfectly content, but that said - we did venture out to nearby la Caleta several nights eating in its lovely little restaurants and cafes which is a big plus from a location perspective.

Few little minor cons: 1. If you’re looking for a beach, the one next to the hotel isn’t great, I’d probably try somewhere closer to playa el duque like el mirador or something like ritz Carlton if you want a private beach. 2. The thermal suite needs to be booked and has a cost (we had 1 free visit) 3. Drinks at the pool are a bit pricey for what you get.. I know it’s an exclusive 5-star resort but some cocktails were €20+ which was a bit much I thought. All of these are so minor though, this place is paradise!!

It was our second time staying in that hotel and we were very happy with everything. I have to say that staff that is working in this hotel is amazing in every aspect. Very helpful and friendly attitude. Most of them remembered us from last stay and we felt really special. Hotel is very clean , rooms are big , beds very comfortable, food was exceptional .

There is nothing that we didn’t like but we would love to see all inclusive option as there is only B&B or Half board available

Hotel was exceptional, room was very spacious, bed was super comfortable! Lovely views from the balcony. There was three different pools to choose from l, did the buffet dinner one evening which was nice and great variety breakfast each morning was like a doing a brunch such variety

The hotel is amazing. Stunning rooms and facilities. The staff are amazing where absolutely nothing is too much trouble. Plenty to do within the complex including some great fitness events including early morning yoga, SUP fitness and aqua fit. All delivered by the local instructor, Olga, who was amazing and made the whole experience fun and rewarding. Hugely recommended.

The food and waiters and roof top view

Its overrated and not worth the money

    1KatiaPosted on: 9-2-2024

Location is good and the surrounding restaurants, the shops and availability of the food and drinks is convenient View is very nice from our balcony Khaled in rooftop is very nice.

Properly is about making maximum profit, i have arrived at 1am and because i did add one night more trough booking i was asked to pay 167€ to sleep in the room of my initial booking, we also were asked to pay 120€ for one hour more checkout (1pm instead of 12am) ?The best one is the lady in the reception called kamila refused to open the garage for me to take the car out,she announced over the mic that i have not paid the parking charges therefore i should not be using the parking.Very outrageous for a 5* establishment. We had 3 incidents with cockroaches in the room and upon reporting we told it was normal in the island of Tenerife. My friends who stayed in other hotels never said such a thing. Both swimming pools close at 7 and sunset is at 9 so i wonder who made such a rule.

5 stars treatment. Wonderful staff. Amazing facilities. Very spacious rooms and terrasses facing the ocean, offering plenty of sunshine. Speedy wifi. Indoor parking (for a fee).

The mattress was not as firm as I would have liked. While the reception and housekeeping teams did their best to accommodate my preference, unfortunately, it still wasn't firm enough for my comfort.Soundproofing from the room’s door was inadequate, as I could still hear noise from the hallway. Despite being inside the room, sounds from outside were quite noticeable. If not for the two points above, I would give a 10/10. The stay was excellent in all other aspects.

Hotel was modern, clean and very well kept. Staff were attentive and the 24hour room service was great, Building is very 'instagrammable' and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday all on the hotel grounds.

After being assaulted the security staff at the hotel gave me no support and i was charged 2000 Euros for 'destruction of my room' for bloody towels and blood on the floor. I also dropped a bottle of Vodka given to my by the room service that i paid 70 Euros for and then cleaned it up myself. I showed the security staff the glass from earlier under the bed and explained that it was a mistake when getting room service, and 2000 for a bloody towel and some glass on the floor seems very expensive. Looking forward to being contacted by the hotel for a resolution!

Everything was really well maintained, and the pools were beautiful

The rooftop pool gets crowded early. Not the fault of the hotel — just a popular place. :)
