    • Exceptional service across the board. The buffet restaurant was a highlight with amazing food at both breakfast and dinner. The entire resort and the pools were kept spotlessly clean.
    • The hotel looks absolutely amazing — truly fitting of a 5-star property! Our stay at Adrián Hoteles Jardines de Nivaria was simply perfect. The breakfast was exceptional, offering plenty of variety each morning. Our room had a private terrace with pool beds right in front of the pool, which felt like pure luxury. The location is outstanding, with a back exit that leads directly to the beach and many great restaurants just steps away. What really made the experience unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Special thanks to Roy for helping us with our luggage, and to Silvio, Francisco, and Roberto at the front desk. We had two separate bookings in different rooms, and they managed the transition so smoothly that we could simply relax by the pool while they moved all our belongings. This level of care and service made our holiday completely stress-free. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!
    • Hotel staff are brilliant, helpful and kind. Room fantastic our own garden. Food fab, everything just great. Our second time there and won't be our last

    Cons -

    • The evening events were good, but the venue was inadequate. It was just the seating layout, it didn't make much sense.
    • Not really anything at all. Wines and alcoholic drinks not a rip off. Entertainment at night a bit better than last year so hopefully will continue to improve.
    • Less lively at night, the bar finishes up at around midnight.

Fantastic pool area. Very comfortable rooms. Excellent staff. Overall I would stay again.

Staff were excellent. The hotel was very well decorated and fitted the bill as a 5 star hotel. The evening entertainment was varied and very good. Facilities were very good also. We used the buffet on occasion and were pleasantly surprised by how good it was.

More vegetarian options for buffet and breakfast maybe.

Wonderful staff, excellent buffet breakfast, beautiful pool area - very relaxing. A really luxurious stay.

Our room looked out over a busy road, so unfortunately we didn't use our balcony (which I think we paid extra to have).

Range of foods excellent, and staff attentive, plenty of choice of seating

Buffet was good but we preferred eating our evening meal at Cascada . Lovely setting, by the pool and upstairs when it was windy ,Food and services exceptional.

Breakfast in La Cupola was excellent, with a good choice of hot and cold breakfasts and attentive service. We also dined in La Cascada Restaurant on several nights and enjoyed the buffet dinner in the Solandra Restaurant one night. These were also very good for the choice of food and wine and the level of service. Our room (Ucanca 501) was very comfortable and had a large terrace with fine views of the resort and the sea.

The hotel used to have its own travel agency for arranging excursions. Now, you have to enquire at the reception about excursions. On one occasion, a couple of the reception staff were less than helpful about an excursion we wished to book, telling us that the place we wanted to visit was hard to get to and there was nothing there to see (although it is widely advertised in Tenerife and in guide books). We subsequently complained to the manager who did talk to the staff and their attitude became rather more positive.

The outside areas are lovely and the staff are incredibly friendly. No reservation for sunbeds is also a bonus as it very much takes the stress away.

We have stayed here many years ago back in 2012 through to 2016 and at the time this hotel was winning awards however coming back to visit in 2025 they have done very little to the rooms and so they are in fact very tired with lots of made over damage and old equipment, The Aircon barely works. As this is a 5 star hotel at a top price there are better options in the local area now for the same money but very much up to date

Well appointed with two nice swimming pools. Main meals were buffets but lots of fresh cooking for both dinner and breakfast.

A fabulous hotel with a beautiful oasis area in the middle of the complex with pools and palm trees. Great buffet at breakfast with a huge selection. Great location and very friendly staff.

Gorgeous hotel, very professional staff very relaxing

The clientele was probably a little old for us at that time of the year. But you could not fault the staff or facilities.

The staff are just wonderful, always smiling and helpful. The grounds and pool are lovely and the food fantastic. So close to bars and restaurants and up market shopping only a short walk away. Disabled and wheelchair access very good.

The bar and lounge area is dark and depressing and the decor garish.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right by the beach and close to lots of nice restaurants and shops. Despite the location, it's also a really quiet area at night time. The hotel facilities are excellent, nice restaurants, including a pool side one, and there is lots of choice at breakfast, where you can sit out in an open air terrace and enjoy your breakfast. I love the pool at this hotel, it's heated to perfection, and never too busy. The staff are really friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. This is my favourite hotel in Costa Adeje, really recommended.

Whilst it's not something I'm interested in, the evening entertainment is not great, and seldom draws much of a crowd.

Superb service throughout. Excellent food available and an excellent lunchtime and evening restaurant The Moon, just outside the front of the hotel.

Costa Adeje is now very very busy, and no longer a relaxing resort. Need to move further away along the coast towards La Caleta for a more peaceful and quieter environment.

Pools are superb , one salt water , one cool fresh water with waterfall.
