- Location, balcony,pools
- Location is excellent. Sunbathing area and pools are very good and snack bar. Prices are fair for drinks and food if not all inclusive.we had a great room allocated. I believe it was an assessable room as it was massive and more up to date than some of their other rooms. Staff and cleaners were all very nice and good at their jobs. Facilities were good for children. Good hotel to use as base if you like to go out and see adeje and Tenerife. I can not vomment on AI sorry or restaurant N/A
- Lovely location and lovely food and and staff were exceptional
Cons -
- Cockroaches in hallway and no available sunbeds
- Only thing that could improve this hotel is updating the decor as it is starting to look a little tired and old fashioned. However it is such a large hotel this would be very costly.
- Really dated, smell in our toilet every morning and evening of sewage. I called to reception one evening to speak with someone. They registered the complaint and said they would Send someone but never happened ?

location, breakfast
The walls of the room were so thin that every movement could be heard, and there was noise everywhere. Anyone seeking peace — or even just a bit of normalcy — should stay away.
It was good entertainment was good food was good most nights , kids club loads of actives throughout the day
The complex is very big lots of facilities
Very dirty lots cockroaches and seems to have a very poor clientel, we stayed here for 1 night and never again, watched people selling drugs outside the hotel door to guests in the hotel definitely not recommend
Room cleaning was really good and did a great job. Front desk was also good. Food little bit over avarage
Don't expect to have internet access, 2 different rooms and and internet was always an issue, in the second room I could at least use 5g on my phone. One staff member was smoking in a non smoking area (lot if children around) when I pointed at no no smoking sign the employee started shouting at me "I am security get the f'*** away from me" couple of times and I did not feel safe at that time. Hotel just over avarage will not use again.
Kids club very entertaining. Pool sunbeds plentiful. Easy access to waterfront despite being set back on a hill. Large clean rooms. Spacious hotel. Great pool options. Food hall efficient with good variety.
Limited pillows for all our party. External room view a bit disappointing. Lack of entertainment or social area at night. All entertainment and dining indoors that might be disappointing to British people that long for nice weather to be outside.
Breakfast was plentiful. Very clean and welcoming.
Coffee was poor, no decaff.
I like how close the hotel is to the beach, restaurants and bus to siam park. The rooms are nice and big and cleaned every day with fresh towels left out. There are activities going through the day like stretch class and salsa (thanks Elize!) and the breakfast is great with lots of options.
This accomodation is one of the best hotels experiences in our life, and we do travel a lot all across Europe! From 1 to 10 we give them 12. We really can't and won't hide our delight and feelings they helped us experience during our staying in this hotel. Every single detail (and there are so many of them) expressed their seriousness in hotel business, professionalism and dedication to their guest/s. Everything is so intelligently composed with a lot of style and taste. From decoration of room, bathroom, lobbies, entries, balcony, restaurant atmosphere, service and variaty and of tasty food options, to small details on pools and parking equipment and organization. The way they host and serve their guests, offer help and advices about neighbouring areas and a lot of it,..it is simply impossible not to be astonished by efforts they made and commitment they express to their guests. Beds are super comfy. Resort is extremly big and beautiful, parking very specious and half a day with a lot of shade....We made booking of this accomodation having a very few informations about it and not knowing what to expect, but now, we both want to say huge thank you to all of the staff of this beautiful touristic jewel of Costa Adeje. Thanks to whole of the team behind the success of this hotel. Folks you are a winning team and please - keep doing the way you do!
Some details regarding room's furniture could be changed. They were functional and without damage but it seems they were there for too many years. Nevertheless, it didn't lower our satisfaction and generally service of this hotel exceeds value you receive for the money spent.
Great location, just 10 mins of slow walking to my favorite beach on Tenerife.6(!) pools al least of various depth for children of all ages, good animation team. I loved how mini gym is located next to the pool, one can exercise while his/her partner are a few meters away on a sun bed. We lived on the top floor, of building B, overlooking the pool but also overlooking the hills - lovely view. It was quiet after sunsets, no regrets about not having a sea view. Food was delicious, diverse and plenty, I probably have gained some weight there. We upgraded HB to HB+ on arrival (drinks at dinners for a few euros) and that seemed like a good deal.Warm swimming pool, the kids pools had water of 27 degrees.Hotel parking garage is 9 EURo/night, but we used only the street parking. Plenty of free street parking nearby in the afternoons (April'25), a bit more busy in the mornings, but still not too bad.Luggage room for late departures was handy.
I guess our hotel was sold out or nearly sold out during our stay. First time I ever saw queues to enter a restaurant fro breakfast/dinner. The restaurant team was doing their best to help with seating. I think I was missing a more relaxed atmosphere at meals, also it didn't seem SEN friendly. I have seen that other hotels have SEN (quieter) dining areas for those who need. Also longer than usual queues at the reception. Finally, lot's of people in the swimming pools. The WiFi had annoying setup - you'd need to fill a lengthy form every day to get connected. For each device. I brought a travel router and that saved a lot of time by authorizing just on one device. The connection speed was fine though.I don't like how the guests were reserving sunbeds each morning. The hotel did place posts not to do that, but there was no enforcement to the rule. Late in the morning hardly any sunbeds were available. Not sure what the hotel team should do about it.
I want to thank ANA from reception, ENZO from bar and all staff from restaurant for excellent service, but on the other hand Johana from the pool bar had a bad attitude over the day. Excellent food over the day (breakfast, lunch and dinner).I will like to coming back for another holiday.
The hotel is located 20 minutes drive from South Tenerife Airport. It is close to local Fanabe beach and Siam park is nearby with free bus ride stop close to the hotel. The entertainment staff were very friendly and organised activities near the pool area for adults and children. They also managed evening entertainment. The family room was basic, spacious and adequate. Beach towels can be hired for €10 deposit per towel which is refunded when towels returned.Buffet restaurant food was a major disappointment, especially if you counted on enjoying some holiday food. We are vegetarians and the options for us was next to nothing. We had to make do with kids vegetarian options for lunch and dinner which included spaghetti with simple tomato sauce, chips and Margarita pizza - This is all we as a family of four had for the 5 days we were there. Our only other vegetarian delicacy was Canarian potatoes ! Even the various vegetable salads had red meat, fish and eggs sprinkled or mixed which precluded us from eating more vegetables to compensate for all the chips we were stuffing ourselves with ! On the contrary there were dozens of meat and fish options (so my review would be welcomed by meat eaters !).I hope the hotel catering department will consider my points and improve food options for non meat and fish eaters. I very much welcome their response to my review and most importantly making active changes to introduce some vegetarian and vegan options which can be enjoyed by all (meat and not meat eaters).Ironically all soaps in hotel seemed to be vegan!
The buffet had a daily special like Asian, Italian or Mexican. None of those specials included any vegetarian starter or main hot meal option for an adult. It was so disappointing to walk along the food aisle to see so many meat options that others were rightly enjoying but we were sadly filling our plates with chips! I complained about this lack of basic vegetarian hot meal mains for adults amongst an abundance of variety of meat and fish options. A customer service manager spoke to me. Initially she seemed to assert that there were a lot of vegetables so their duty of providing vegetarian food was fulfilled. The two terms (vegetarian and vegetable) was used to make a point about vegetarian options. Having lots of tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers was not equivalent to vegetarian hot meal options for adults. It took a few rounds of my explanation to assert my point about the lack of any vegetarian adult meals in the buffet menu. I was assured the feedback would be passed on. We left the next day so I have no way of knowing any changes would be implemented.Food ingredients are not mentioned on the food labels which means for e.g. if I picked up a spring roll, I wouldn't know until I tried if it was veg or fish or chicken in it. I didn't fancy playing Russian roulette with meals !If you are vegan the choices are alarmingly limited so, if one plans on dieting and lose weight on holiday, this is the place to go for vegans (I should however add the amount of food wasted was astronomical, so our very limited veg options made us clean our plates fully - a pro in a con there !)In this day and age, I had expected a bit more knowledge and consideration for vegetarian and vegan meal options in restaurants. Unfortunately this hotel does not cater to vegetarians and vegans (who are 25% of population). I felt they did not understand the concept of being a vegetarian or vegan means to a person.
Pool and view from room was nice. Bed was comfy and had a good night sleep. also position of the hotel meant a short walk to the restaurants and shops on the front
Breakfast was good but could have done with more options
This is not a 4 star hotel, they charge 24 euro's just to use an iron. The check-in queue took over an hour. The lunch/dinner area was overcrowded and disorganised. They had so many chipped plates and you couldn't get a spoon without begging four waiters. The quality of the food was average but the desserts were nice. They also decided to upgrade out of date room features like the room lock and install a new safe while we were there which was really inconvenient, when drilling and banging loudly early in the morning whilst changing locks in other rooms with no prior warning. The staff overall were rude and unhelpful apart from one bartender Enzo who was very friendly.
Lovely hotel with helpful staff. We had a twin room and the beds were huge!!I accidentally left some jewellery in my room on check out and did not manage to get them back.
We have been a few times. Rooms could have been cleaned better but overall always enjoy.
If you didn’t want to use a lounger, there were comfortable seats just around from reception. However, after rain overnight once, the cushions were not put back until I asked at reception; after 2 days. My wife has difficulty sitting on a lounger. It rained again one morning. That afternoon it was sunny again. Cushions again not replaced…
Lovely room, comfy beds and a spacious walk in shower (We requested this)Great meals and available times. All inclusive drinks were nice. At night you can help yourself to alcoholic drinks. Like that you can also serve yourself with soft drinks and water with the all inclusive option. Most of the staff were excellent. Always able to get a sunbed, we liked the roof top pools. We would definitely return.
More higher chairs in the reception area. The seating is low and can be difficult for those with mobility issues to get out of.
Location
The bed in the room was actually a sofa bed that was extremely uncomfortable for sleeping. The floor was constantly greasy, creating an unpleasant feeling whenever we walked barefoot. The lighting in the room was too dim, which added to the overall unpleasant atmosphere of the room. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell below expectations
