Cleanliness and staff at hotel were very good. Room size was good. Restaurants were good, especially Japanese. Piano bar was good in the evenings.

First hotel we have been to with no tea/coffee facilities in room. Terrible. No bottled water replacement in room, had to be collected from bar. Mini bar not replenished (although we were on all inclusive). Had to pay 3 euros per day to use safe. Disgusting. No packed breakfast from hotel for early morning departure, although we had paid for breakfast. We left at 6.20 am.

Close to the T3 sport facility and quick access to airport

Several issues with air conditioning. Water pooling caused me to slip

Having charged 200 Euros per night for half board, the hotel didn't provide water with dinner. I understand charging for other drinks, but water? That is inhuman. What if someone chokes? This is unacceptable!!!

The pool & sun beds facing the sea were so beautiful. Loved the cold pool and the rosẽ! The layout of the hotel was nice and spacious, the entertainment in the evening was fun!

The privilege area! Booked this property based on some photos online only to discover on arrival we couldn’t access these areas for example the rooftop pool, this was annoying! Being charged for the pool towels is unnecessary. Don’t like wearing a hotel band (tan lines) Found the staff to be a mixed bag! Some nice some not so nice!

The buffet was repetitive and of a low standard, the restaurant staff were rude and provided a bad service.

Booked all inclusive and expected this to allow at least 1 meal in the 2 separate restaurants, but this was not allowed, as part of the all inclusive package as we stayed for 5 days. I could have gone and got a discount, but not what I expected.

Super friendly staff and a nice and calm atmosphere all around the hotel. We had upgraded to "Privelege" which gave us access to specific areas with extra services included in the price, for example a la carte breakfast and free drinks in the specified areas . It was worth the extra cost. The hotel is located in the calmer northern Coaste Adeje with beautiful beaches, restaurants and beach promenade.

The pool area staff where not very helpful with finding kit for table tennis or billiard.

Lovely pool area & lounge bar with good evening music. Comfortable beds in clean room.Good variety of food available to cater for all tastes & diets.

Bathrooms although clean & serviceable were very dated & unattractive.Swimming pools exceptionally colds.

The lobby and piano bar were great to relax as v spacious. Great evening entertainment in the piano bar. Infinity pool was anazing. Plenty of seating and toilet facilities near pool. Great animation team. Belinda near reception car hire desk great for excursions. Restaurant tables outside nice atmosphere. Great food choices.and lovely waiting staff v attentive Sara, Elizabeth, Magby. Fridge in room and great english channels.

No kettle in room. Reception not great at giving directions.

I’ve stayed twice at this hotel because I like the area it’s fairly quiet and straight out of the hotel you can walk on the beach front for km to the next town

The pillows and beds s in the bedroom are awful no facilities if your an early riser to have coffee which I am so went and bought a small kettle ect! By the pools where the sun beds are no little tables to put your stuff on so could get wet, and in the dining room waiters could be rude at times probably over worked!!!

This was our first visit to Tenerife and couldn't have picked a better hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed and well maintained. There were enough pools and activities for the kids to enjoy while we rested and soaked in the sun. We went for half board and were very impressed with the spread which kept on changing everyday. The pool tables, table tennis table and small arcade room are nice touches. The staff at the reception were very helpful and always attended to you with a smile. The waiting staff at the restaurant were good and had a few superstars like Julian Peres and Bryan who went above and beyond to deliver a good service. Their manager a person called Alberto who stands at the entrance to the restaurant however was not a pleasant character. Let's just say he acts like someone who has lost interest in the job and does not care about customers. You realize that it just takes one person to spoil your stay but luckily his staff came to the rescue.

Good location & nice grounds

Bedroom floor very tired old and worn out laminate flooring, needs updating now. Sealant round bath and screen looking jaded and bathroom door panel peeling away. Needs updating/refreshing

Very unpleasant experience with certain members of staff and an awful room location had ruined what was supposed to be a lovely Christmas present for my mum, very disappointed in the whole experience unfortunately it's not one of the hotels I'll continue to recommend due to this unfriendly and unprofessional manner of staff, it's still beyond me why we were dealt with in such a rude way. The bellboy was very professional and friendly though which my mum appreciated as she was shaken by the whole negative experience.

Beautiful location and enjoyed a room upgrade . Shuttle bus to conquistador was a bonus .

Staff/ customer service was poor. Some issues with our room were never sorted .
