The food was great. Staff were friendly and there was plenty of entertainment.

The pool security guard was very strict.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the entertainment was fun. The hotel is immaculate, and pool bar was lovely. Room's were basic but had everything you would need.

Our Aircon unit kept cutting in and out. It took two nights to fix and we were only there for four nights. Also not the hotel's fault, there was a person above us that kept using our terrace as their ashtray. Cigarette end's every day. Even though staff tried to stop it. It's a no smoking hotel.Lastly all-inclusive finishes when you check out at eleven am. I personally would prefer if they left it until you leave, like every other hotel I've stayed at.. I don't think it would cost a lot more, and would create a better feeling.

Nice staff, tasty food

Dark bedroom with no air condition (it was inonly the "living room" part of the suite). No proper duvet cover (the duvet was just placed between two sheets which made sleeping through the night very uncomfortable).Shower tray in the bathroom was bad and the water was leaking all over the bathroom floor.Weird smell in the pool bar area (trash/spoiled fruit?).Lots of noise from the street, also during the night we could hear every single sound of talking, peeing, showering etc. from the adjacent rooms and the hall.

The staff at the pool were friendly. Food was edible

-On arrival our room was not set up for 3 people- not enough towels and no bedding for the sofa bed, which kept folding in half and had a dirty mattress cover on it which wasn't changed when the sofa bed was made.-The room was dusty room and unfortunately flared up my friend’s asthma.- The set up of the shower meant the floor was easily flooded :(- The food was labelled incorrectly which made it difficult to know what was what. Especially as my friend is a vegetarian with allergies and there was not always a great selection of vegetarian food.- Sold and priced as a 4* I feel it was more like a 3*- The hotel is situated on a busy road, make sure to take noise cancelling headphones when sitting at the pool as it can be rather loud.- The cocktails unfortunately had a lot of cheap syrup in them which made them difficult to drink ( several cocktails on the menu had this)

The food was decent and the drinks where ok , plenty off sunloungers and overall ok

Thought 750 was expensive for 3 nights. It was kinda disappointing for what I got .

Big mistake. Never again

Staff very rude, unprofessional. Because of their mistakes they charged me extra twice, almost €400. I contacted with hotel few times but they ignored me, my messages, my requests, my emails. Room very noisy, mattress very hard. No tea/coffee machine. I regret my decision to stay there.

great breakfast selection. staff were all very friendly. pool was great . we used the gym a few times and this was a great facility to have located near the ;pool.

we only booked for bed and breakfast - would have liked to be able to purchase lunch .. if pool bar did lunch snacks like toasties / small salads / filled rolls

Definitely not value for money, because of various issues. First, the music: during the weekends there's music from the restaurant up to midnight, then the party shuts down. So if you're the type that has problems sleeping, or you have to get up early the next day, then bad luck, there's nothing you can do. The music is much lower though during the week.The rooms are not soundproofed AT ALL: if your neighbor is talking a bit too loudly, then you can not only hear them, but actually understand what they're saying, so bad it is. And if the neighbors are quiet, you can still hear some appliances that are making noise during the night.The room we had had a terrible shower, it was not insulated at all, so the water just leaked on the floor from under the cabin, no matter what you did. So either take a short shower, or get a boat to sail across the bathroom.And for a 4 star hotel, they didn't have a coffee maker in the apartment.

Location central , not too big and friendly professional staff. Room size good and we had lovely view of the sea from our balcony .

Second stay and this time we were given a disabled room . Good they have them but shower was more a wet room and toilet seat raised , preferred our first stay room .

Hard beds and no tea coffee or kettle in the room having said this we informed reception and they supplied toppers for the beds and a kettle for the room

Lovely hotel , immaculately clean, beds comfortable, good shower, food limited choice but very good and staff friendly and professional.

Poolside music was ok

Where do i start Lumpy mattress, sheets not clean, stains to wall in bedroom and bathroom. Food was ok but same everyday. Deposit charges for aircon control, ironing board , iron , towels . Rude reception staff . Rude bar staff. Sheets not changed once in our stay . Asked for extra hour at booking out day well in advance and was refused . Price was really high for what i would class as a three star hotel , hard rock down the road was actually cheaper we discovered and thats a proper 5 star hotel. How on earth this has the rating its got I haven’t a clue

Buffet had a good choice.

Rooms dated and uncomfortable. Noisy- you could hear the toilets flushing in rooms above you. AC did not work but luckily was not needed. Timings of buffet too short. No tea/coffee facilities in room or elsewhere for all inclusive guests after a certain time.

Disgusting

The room was disgusting! Very dirty, public hairs and black mould in the shower. Dirty glasses, very uncomfortable bed. The aircon was a health hazard! The filters were filthy. I would recommend staying away from this place!

Great location, decent breakfast.

Facilities are a bit dated. Room air conditioner kept turning on and off throughout the night. AC is centrally operated and not able to control individually in the room. Reception staff could be friendlier rather than having a suspicious look most of the time. Maybe it’s that time of the year but >90% of hotel guests were retired couples.
