Sunset Bay Club

I liked the staff in particular. They were always very accommodating, although we had some unpleasent situations to resolve. I also liked their "live" support number on whatsapp. I have not seen this before but I found it very useful. The rooms very very spacious and the kitchen was well equiped. The location was ok, although we mainly used the car.

Unfortunately our initial apartment had some coakroaches in it and this was mortifying. Although the staff was very quick to come and spray them, this did not solve the problem and we requested to be moved to a different one. They managed to accomodate this. The new apartment was ok, although it had a smell of old furniture. The towels were also very worn out. We ran out of coffee filters and washing mashine tablets (we only had 2 of each to begin with), both of which were provided on demand.

The location and staff were amazing and the facilities were clean and modern. They were plenty of restaurants and small grocery stores nearby.

The pool had limited hours. I think it closed at 7 or 8pm which is pretty early.

The staff is nice, place is clean. Good location.

Very noisy hotel, to much going on around pool. Not able to relax around pool to read og listen to your own music in your ears. Our room was on 6th floor with no elevators.

We did like the refurbishment of the other apartments around us, it was very noisey during the day. Also our TV didn't work properly, even through the TV service man checked it twice, it still terrible ☹️

Love the resort of Torvicas and Fanabe, lots of bars, restaurants and shops close by. There is something for everyone and it has great transportation links to different towns if you want to explore the island.

There was a lack of sunbeds at the bottom pool which created a ‘bun fight’ at 9am when the pool opened.

Facilities, friendly ndd helpful staff

Needs more sun loungers. Didn't like having to que in the morning before the pool opened to get sun loungers. Also My kids loved the water polo but it was only on a few days. The Thursday was a day off, none on Sunday and Monday was a day off again.

The location of the property is good.

Some of the rooms are terribly located by bars. Noise until 2am.

Everything was spotlessly clean room bigger than expected. Big balcony

The location was excellent and close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants.The apartment was clean apart from the floor which left our feet black.

The property is in a good area as we like adeje we didn’t need to go far as entertainment and eateries were in abundance.

It would have been good if a walk in shower was instead of getting into bath which is quite difficult to get in and out .for by that the property was fine for us .

Very helpful we totally enjoyed our stay just tv wasn’t very good loosing signal so grandson unable to watch tv plus’s unable to get a sun bed in a morning 1adult (pension age running in and taking 4 or 5 beds and not returning for a hr,) also I think parents with young children should be allowed pool side beds to keep an eye on the children. My daughter nearly got pushed over by an older man trying to grab the best beds, very rude. Rant over I even took a video as couldn’t quiet believe the sun bed thing x

Fantastic stay at sunset bay, stayed on h blocked was up a few steps but no problems. The room we had was lovely clean and spacious. The entertainment man pablo made our stay fantastic with the children and always had everyone ( all ages) get involved in the entertainment programme. Looking at coming back in September.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Lovely well appointed apartments and serviced at regular intervals.

The filtered water tap was a great addition as well as the showering facilities at reception. We had a later flight so it was good to be able to get changed and freshen up before leaving.Facilities good in room and all felt 'new'. Apartment was very spacious and on site shop very reasonably priced.

Possibly a mattress topper for the sofa bed as it can take its toll on your back for a stay longer than a couple of nights.The gym was an extra cost and limited machines working

TV reception wasn’t very good. There may be a loose connection at the back but didn’t want to try to correct as we didn’t watch the TV very much

People reserving sunbeds despite it not been permitted..so there days we could not use pool..Pool too small for size of complex.

Very good location, good pool and entertainment! Friendly lifeguards. Good apartment, perfect for a family for 5 or more. Had quite a few steps to get up to it but that’s the only downfall. Everything else was great ?
