Staff were absolutely lovely, especially the waitresses and the cleaners. The chef, Jero, very kindly accommodated my vegan husband and cooked items especially for him.The pool is great, really nice that it’s bang in the middle of the complex and the apartments are around it.

Not all apartments had aircon and unfortunately ours was one of them, could have paid 80 euro to get an aircon machine but thankfully it cooled towards the end of the week.They didn’t have the necessary equipment to keep hot food hot throughout the mealtimes, there was a microwave to heat up food but it would be better if it was served hot in the first place.

There is a free parking place possibility on the street, not too close to the hotel but still, otherwise I think places like this should be forbidden

Very poor food quality, with standard hair or stickers on the fruits, fruits from cans because of course there are no fresh fruits on Tenerife. The room was probably never renovated from early '90, room was located on the 4th floor, in a labirynt of corridors, after finding it (and after long trip) the key didn't work, so I have to find a way back to the reception... In the room there were some weird sounds from the electricity system or water system so I couldn't really sleep. Never felt more relieved after leaving any place.

Apartment very dated and not comfortable, no microwave or freezer, hob only 2 plates, poor.Food main courses poor. Breakfast, bacon and sausage unrecognisable, dinner meats always tough and poor quality, fish over cooked. Best described as a canteen.

Outdoor with 2 swimming pools, confortable sunbeds, outdoor facilities to have dinner / breakfast, personel courtesy. There are many amenities, restaurants and cocktail bars in the La Caleta surrounding areas, def to visit for a great dinner or cocktails and they are less than 5 mins walking.

Room furnitures are pretty used and need some improvements, food quality may improve but it's close to an international 3 stars hotel.

Good price for what you get in return. Clean rooms, nice pool, jacuzzi on top of the roof and adults only area where you can relax and sunbath. The food is ok.

Check in was nearly 3 hours late.Some of our party never had their room cleaned or towels changed in the 3 nights. Cockroaches in the bathroom of 2 rooms on the last night. Very outdated Breakfast way too busyStaff quite unhelpful

Very good location near the beach.Thev room was very spacious.Very nice rooftop adults only area with a jaccuzy and nice view of the area with a relaxing ambience.Free parking near the hotel, if you have a car.

Out of 5 days, the room was cleaned only 3 times.The AC temperature cannot be adjusted, only by the staff.The food was at medium level at best (especially the morning juices are bad).

Food was very nice and with a wide range of type of food to choose from even for kids and for fussier eater! The size of the room was good and good cleaning of the room everyday

The hotel is clearly poorly managed and we found some of the staff quite rude and not helpful. Especially one man working at reception (I wish I had a look at his badge for the name - he wears glasses) was particularly rude when asked info and often making up reasons why certain things were not going the way they were supposed to. We found also the kids entertainment and entertainment in general quite disappointing.It's a shame as a bit more care from hotel staff and a better management would make such a difference!

Everything was perfect, the staff is super polite and in your service when ever you need them. The food was very tasty and the pool was perfect

Great value for money. Excellent food. Fresh and great choice. We have spent there 9 nights and had a different dinner every day.The hotel as a general, but especially rooms and swimming pool area are very clean. Hotel is situated in a calm and silent area and close to fantastic beaches and restaurants. Great ocean views. Not many hotels are situated closer to the ocean than Hovima. We have loved our stay there and recommend for everyone.

Terrible WiFi.Didn't like not being able to find a table to eat. Especially when there are plenty of empty tables reserved for swimming groups.Having to pay 1.7 euros for water and not being allowed to take our own water in.... penny pinching

Having a wrist band put on my arm and could not come off until our departure. I am sure an easier way could be found to advise what type of Board you had booked.

The view from the room is fantastic and my kids love the pool.

There are bands that are insanely loud. I have No sleep every night considering we are tired after a day tour. I Will not recommend this hotel if you have kids. You Will end up tired and all sleepless.
