good location

If you have a room overlooking the pool, the noise caused by guest activities/games and the music is deafening. A very negative point.

Great hotel. Comfy beds. Comfy sunbeds. Activities at pool. Only negative was pool closed 2 days out of the week as teenagers pooed in pool. Not hotels fault but seems to be a regular occurrence. Put me off returning.

This is not a 4 star hotel to call it as such is very misleading, it’s a 3 star with nice clean rooms comfortable beds and good location

Nothing at all

We recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a comfortable experience based on its 4-star rating, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas.The hotel itself is outdated, with visible wear and tear throughout. Our room had cracks in the floor and bathtub, making it feel poorly maintained. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. Every night, loud and drunk guests kept us awake, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. We traveled with kids, but this hotel was definitely not suitable for families due to the constant disturbances.To make matters worse, when we addressed our concerns with the staff, they were extremely rude and unhelpful, showing no interest in resolving the issue. Customer service was far from what you’d expect at a 4-star establishment.The food was another disappointment. The breakfast options were unappetizing, and the scrambled eggs were consistently slimy and unpleasant to eat. We ended up eating out most of the time to avoid the poor-quality meals.Overall, this hotel does not live up to its rating. If you’re looking for a relaxing and family-friendly stay, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Balcony, bar and entertainment

Breakfast and coffee in particular wasn't great.

Me and my 6yr old son went for my birthday and I would recommend to anybody I will be definitely going back in the summer with my son it was very clean , plenty to do , breakfast unbelievable plenty of choice , staff keep the kids well occupied throughout the day everyday

Having to come home

Friendly staff, and room with terrace views, which are really good for photography. Good location near to a big shopping center with good restaurants (Yum Yum is a great one)

The staff were very friendly and happy. It was a great location near the beach and local market and shopping area. Good range of food - fresh fish and meat each night.

The entertainment could have been slightly better. The toilets could be cleaned more frequently and bleach used in the rooms.

Location is great, staff all lovely and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and have a huge variety of food to choose

Staff at reception. Only one pool open on roof not two as advertised and has been like this for a ling time but reception staff lie and say it us temporary

Very friendly and hard working staff. Good variety of drinks, alcoholic and hot.

The food wasn't always hot, sometimes it was just warm.

I had porridge each morning but it was not very hot so had to use the microwave. I had toast after but my first morning there was strawberry jam but none after that.

Staff that could check when products run out and food that is hot.
