Laguna Park 1

The Pool was OK, I stayed here before in 2017, the place seems to have deteriorated since then.

The Beds were Terrible, the Rooms were Too Hot, No AC, other Customers were Reserving Sun Loungers Everyday, I did not enjoy it at all compared to my Previous Visit, One of the Male staff on Nightshift not very Helpful, WiFi not working in the Rooms.

Not very much really...The apartment was OK ...Luckily we had a sea view balcony albeit overlooking a busy road ..The food was fine.

The photos on the website are not accurate.The whole complex is very dated and shabby despite staff cleaning every day.The pool was in need of repair and the bottom looked very dirty.The reception area is very unwelcoming in its decor and design.There is no WIfI at the property which is very annoying.I was over charged for our stay...I reserved 6 nights for £912 but ended up being charged £933.The same stay with Jet 2 holidays was £900 including flights.I had to pay separately for flights.Some of the guests left a lot to be desired in terms of their behaviour....the bar area is awful.

staff at reception was okay but very poor in restaurant area. Staff was so rude that we even skipped meal that we had paid for in the booking out of frustration.

The staff was very friendly and did their best. The meals and the "all inclusive" option with drinks made up a bit for the overall unfavorable impression, although the canteen itself was small and we often had to wait in line to get in.

Rooms 102 and 104 near the pool were not very pleasant: strange smell, no soap, no view; The pool part is outdated, the water cold, there is really a lot to improve.

There was cockroaches in the apartment No room cleaner came No clean towelsI woke up in the middle off the night to a cockroach on me We was 10 mins late checking out and we had 7 different stay bang on are door and even got security

Absolutely beautiful location the property is perfect it’s everything I need from the layout of the apartments and how modern they are to the bars and pools and the food unbelievable service and always happy to see you

Roo was recently refurbished but needed the essentials to finish it off.Needs as follows, coat hooks, bedside cabinets, larger cabinet under Television, coffee table,drainer on work top for dishes , slash back behind hob

The location, rooms very big and very quiet

Rooms need table and chairs and possibly set of drawers in living room

The only really positive was the location

The facilities were very basic and minimum. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and very basic with no proper bedding for winter months. This accommodation was way overpriced compared to others in the area with much higher standards.

Prime location in Costa Adeje. All the prime locations and beach is near by and connected very well

Very few options for vegetarians in all inclusive

The resort, the Food, and all of the staff were wonderful. The quality of the food and the genuine friendliness of the staff makes you feel welcome and looked after, which makes your holiday all the more special . We are so glad we found this place and can't wait to take the rest of the family there to enjoy it too, we will certainly be returning here for more vacations. 100 percent recommend Laguna park 1.

No complaints about Laguna park 1 whatsoever

The staff were nice and welcoming. The traffic from the busy road could not be heard in the bedroom. Breakfast was okay. The pool area was nice but could use some repairs or updates. The size of the apartment/room was good, and the beds were comfortable.

A lot of traffic noise from the road. The TV remote was nowhere to be found. There was no dining table or coffee table, yet there were plates and cutlery—perhaps guests were expected to eat on the floor. The staff in the canteen/cafeteria were very noisy, constantly shouting to each other across the entire dining area. We had half-board, but the dinner was uninspiring, and we ate out every evening except one.

Nice apartment and friendly stuff. Lovely pool area. Food was ok and never too busy at restaurant. Very close to bus stop.

Sunbeds are bit dated and can't be lifted up or lowered.Little things like no soup at the bathroom, only one key, no bedside locker or coffee table,dining table some sort of table to put things on

I should say myself and my husband know Adeje well and this was my sixth visit having stayed in a variety of accommodations of difering types and quality...this was by a long way the worst. My first apartment i was given had no water, so eventually i was moved to another apartment which had no sun to the balcony, the most minor of the problems . There was no table to eat off, the 'sofa' was a futon with a cushion, and hard/uncomfortable. The hob didnt work, there were no pans and only two stockpots and practically no cooking utensils. The complex advised they didnt have small pots ( ????"!!!). So no cooking then !. The restaurant food was warm/cold and inedible, so I eat out every day despite paying for half board. The cleaners came every two days and didnt clean the bathroom or small balcony. The complex was full of stag and hen parties so l got little sleep and the pool PA music was loud all day. I was so fed up i left after 5 days into a 10 day holiday. I complained and the staff apologised but that was all they did. The complex is clearly run on a shoestring AVOID , AVOID AVOID, AVOID !!!!
