    Cons -

    • The smell of sewage - after many days with many guests at the hotel, the sewage smell became too much.
    • Nothing to feedback
    • Fabulous room however it would have been nice if the 2 single beds were dressed as one rather than two separate ones together.

Beds were comfortable and a nice balcony

There was no service by the pool, I am a restaurant owner, and they could have had one or 2 people taking food and drinks orders by the pool, there is a bar but very small that you have to que at, also there is a dining area that doesn't facilitate day time snack/pool / bar food

    Beautiful Property

The rooms had some issues by that I mean there were termites in my room. They were sweet to change my room right away but the other room had the same issue

The Staff of Melia were just amazing. Looked after us for every second of our stay. We had Toni show us around the resort and tell us about nearby places to go for activities which was extremely helpful. Miguel and Kevin looked after the entertainment most evening which gave us a many fun nights inside the resort. Umeima was just amazing at making sure we were looked after, whether it was for dinner or drinks, her service was spectacular. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to relax and have everything catered for by a very friendly staff team.

The food was exceptional, the staff was amazing. Overall it's very clean, with a nice bathroom. The food in the hotel is AMAZING, it is even beyond AMAZING. The restaurant is INCREDIBLE, literally we were in awe of the food for the first three days and then we were just enjoying it.

Unfortunately, in our room at least, some facilities were a bit broken - the toilet paper holder fell off the wall and the toilet was being filled with water for a long time and sometimes we could not flush. The internet connection was constantly dying but they were not hesitant to help us and they promptly sent a technician every time we needed help. This has nothing to do with the hotel but the way the island is topologically and the hotel is built on a slope, it takes a long time to leave it and get to the main or secondary gate if you're not close to it. Due to the sheer size of the hotel there's just a lot to walk through.

Exceptionally clean & staff was super accommodating and nice

Everything ended at 1030pm. No real night life on grounds.

Staff are excellent they make the hotel along with the facilities.

Dinner for gluten free is not ideal on the options provided in the all inclusive restaurant. Unlike breakfast (which is excellent for gluten free) you will need to speak to the staff to arrange options.

Very comfortable, modern and yet cozy hotel with a great breakfast and sea view.

The location of the hotel is not ideal as it’s located on a hill.

We loved the hotel. It was pure luxury to us. The breakfast was amazing and offered lots of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was heaven and the food at the Cosa Nostra was delicious! The room was comfortable and clean. The nightly entertainment was great fun and the bar/patio was perfect to relax in and have a cocktail or two. We would stay again.

It was a shame that there were very few vegan options at both restaurants. We felt the buffet dinner did not offer enough of a vegan choice either for the cost. However, it seemed to cater really well for non-vegans. We found it stressful securing a sun bed by the pool and had to get there early to put our towels down. There did not seem to be enough shade so we could not stay out very long. I felt unwell one day, so we went back to the room and then left the hotel for lunch. When we returned, someone had removed our towels and left them on the floor and had taken our sun beds. Not the hotel's fault, but if there were more sunbeds, this might not have happened.

Noisy cleaning staff with noisy carriages in the corridors from 7AM on. No daily added water in the room. Poolside service from 10AM till 7PM.only. Noisy beds. Understaffed reception.Breakfast top.

The room was clean and spacious, the products in the bathroom are top market products, the activities are diverse and engaging, the staff polite and happy to help. the food section vast id say good food some areas could be better but great options for all dietary needs.

Id say the price for 4days was a little over priced, the cleaners forgot to clean my room once but was rectified the TV channels limited could do with access to Netflix's

Size of rooms and layout Pool area and layout Very friendly staff Exceptionally clean in all areas Excellent buffet breakfast (we stayed as B&B Guests)

Set across many levels which is good for space and hotel is beautiful with lots of landscaped areas but lots of walking up and down stairs! And a hill walk back up from the beach. Entertainment on an evening was a bit hit and miss.

Superb hotel, location wise little out of Costa Adeje but for us in our mid 40’s that was fine. Staff are amazing, food very good! The level area is a must for me if we visit another Melia hotel. Entertainment on an evening was ok, mixed performances for us. Would visit again

    Lovely pool. Beautiful room.

Dinner was just fair. It felt like breakfast again with same choices every night.

    10PaulinePosted on: 3-10-2025

The pool. The pool on the "Level" was lovely. Never overcrowded and well maintained. Breakfast, lunch and dinner: All offered a wide variety of choice. The food was lovely (although the soup was often lukewarm)Staff: Always friendly and polite. Many choices of what to do in the hotel. A wide variety of classes which were fun, as well as pilates, stretching, yoga and dance classes. There was something for everyone. Water exercises included running on treadmills, bouncing on trampolines and using bikes, all in the pool. A lot of effort has gone in to providing such a wide choice of things to do, the staff were friendly and fun.

    Nothing, I think it's a fab hotel.

    Fine

Not 5 star standard. Nice public areas but rooms extremely basic and bare with very poor quality furniture. Lots not explained on arrival. Charging for water even in rooms no iron or board. Extremely poor quality and old hairdryer.
