The room itself was very outdated.
Im Disappointed
its so disgusting the room there’s no shampo or hand soap we need to pay for a hairdryer and tv the quality not value the price
During better weather the pool area would be great. Staff are helpful. There is a very affordable buffet for meals (if you are not a fussy eater, the quality is debatable)
Was situated in corridors echoing every loud guest movement. It was really hard to rest. Maintenance is overdue - the safe was pressing its own buttons at night ?, the handrails have rusted through, the fridge shelves are missing and everything is on a cash-only deposit, tv remote, iron hairdryer.
Poor
noisy complex on too much of a incline
The view from the balcony
beds bathroomgeneral cleanliness security staff
Breakfast was great, we enjoyed the pools a lot, It has a great view to see and close to beaches.
It needed some renovation, Wifi was missing in the room.
Amazing staff, so friendly and amazing with the kids, good entertainment, rooms are comfortable and great location
Staff were very friendly, view from the room
Very run down, room was dated, tiled floor cracked everywhere, bath chipped and touched up, although the room was clean. Poolside terrace is very worrying tiles cracked and sharp edges, I cut the end of my toe. Paper cup's for all drinks, ok at the Poolside, but at the sports bar, shocking, can I have a cup of gin and tonic please, rubbish!
Room just below the bar .as it was booked for a family room ,music was just playing until late at night .Would have rather have a bit of a quiet room not underneath the bar .on checking out no mention of how was your stay. Not the hotel I would book next time .The beds are not comfy at all .
Staff were lovely. It was very clean. Food was very good.
I booked a studio apartment, not realising this meant a view of a wall. I had requested a sea view in my initial booking via message to the hotel someone should have come back to me on my initial booking and explained this to me. I would have upgraded. I said it to reception on my arrival after seeing the apartment, but they laughed, and they told me I was lucky to be near the bar, pool and restaurant. They could have offered me an upgrade which I would have paid for if it was reasonable. Secondly we booked all inclusive although the place was exceptionally clean, staff were nice and food was great the alcohol was Undrinkable. They served off brand spirits which were awful to drink they should have severed brand it was very cheap to buy on the island. They would be better off to stick with full board than offer all inclusive. The Laguna 2 is at the top of a hill with a very steep climb. They have a shuttle that runs twice a day. They should offer it every hour or two hours.
Big poole, good buffet food, nice gardens with lots of cats
Broken lift, old damaged towels
Big poole, room close to the garden, selfcatering kitchen, service bus to the beach
Broken lift, damaged towels
Clean and tidy provided new towels daily
Abit noisy with young party goers but it was ok. Maybe having a curfew would stop this, ie we had some girls singing until 2am one night
Location was central
Sofa bed was awful, folded in the middle, couldn't really get comfortable on, little sleep. Oven would turn all power off, tripped fuse multiple times, asked for help from property, kept coming round and saying fixed but then would do again, gave up using in the end. Also no racks in oven, owners said no ovens have racks, not really set up to actually be used.
Pool was the only nice thing about this place
Room was depressing furniture dated and falling apart, shower terrible. No shower gel.
The apartment was basic and dated but a good size and spotlessly clean...
After getting past strict security at the entrance it's a free for all.The complex isn't patrolled at night,Constant screaming, shouting ,arguments and banging. I was woke one evening at 2.30am to my neighbours patio door being smashed in.I had to eventually report the damage myself the next day.If your looking for a 18s to 30s location or on a stag/hen do this place will be fine ...
The view was great but we will not go there ever again. The food was good and price was good for the dinner. Cakes are amazing.
The beds were not comfortable. We do not have enough hot/warm water. I can not even make a bath for my baby. I opened a shelfdoor and found thick dust.
Decent price for somewhere to sleep.
Out dated, cockroaches in room, location is at the top of a massive hill.
