Villa De Adeje Beach

We arrived early and our room wasn't ready but the reception team were very accommodating with letting us store our bags in a room that had showers and toilets etc! Room was lovely and clean! Very spacious. The bed was rather uncomfortable for me but someone else might like it. Shower lovely and hot and powerful. The pool was very clean, lots of sunbeds. Pool bar served food and drink but drinks were served in paper cups. We went and brought some plastic cups from the shop over the road. Food not great in our opinion but other people seemed to like it but it was ok as we ate out in an evening. All in all lovely stay and the hotel is in an ideal location to walk down into Costa Adeje!

Buffet style food was very nice, homemade soup, fresh salad & wide variety of food. The staff were all very friendly. I was upgraded to an apartment. Very spacious with small garden & friendly cat.

I thought the wine included was terrible, I live in Spain & I didnt like the wine served. I didnt like that there was many extras, like a charge for cocktails, remote for TV, remote for air-conditioning, charge for a safe that I couldnt get to work. I didnt like the music played by the pool. When we complained we were told that it was specially chosen to cater for all age groups. Nobody liked the music but the lifeguard would not turn the volume down. My family had a problem with cockroaches in their room, but I didnt. I didnt like having to book to use the gym or jacuzzi so I didnt use them.

Paper cups at the pool bar.And no option offered to have a bigger cup unless you go to the supermarket and buy oneWhy not just sell them?

Stayed for 5 days room was not cleaned until the day before our departure, this was also the only time we were given clean towels.Shower floor very slippy had to stand on a towel in the shower to prevent falling

For the price you really couldn't ask for more. Basic rooms, but all inclusive package was great. Very nice staff and good location. Cheap and cheerful.

our apartment was in the basement. it was really dark! couldnt tell if it was daylight outside..

Breakfast was good, Lunch OK. The staff was excellent.

Dinner was under my expectations.The sound isolation of the room was bad.

the location and the views to the sea. our one bedroom apartment had plenty room and the balcony was brilliant got the sun all day and watched the sunset. great food plenty choice. jacuzzi

no washing up facilities in the room for our dishes. wine was not very good. heated pool should have been warmer. gym equipment (bikes) was broken

Everything else. 1. Check in (confusing process of confirming the booking which was already done and as a result the cancellation of that booking so the staff had to find another room for me - i had to reply to a text message confirmation. Which Hotel does it? What's the point in that if I confirmed by email!?)2. WiFi NOT free!!!! In the hotel in which we paid already3. Extra unnecessary charges for remote controller for TV and printing docs from reception (for example printing check in for flight)4. Food - terrible! Breakfast was OK. Lunch dinner no comment. See for yourself.5. Beds not comfortable. Not clean, saw insects in my room.6. Noise from staff EARLY MORNING. Cleaning something outside early morning (8.30am) right under the windows of rooms.7. Price was quite expensive given all above disadvantages and location wasn't really central.

All inclusive meals were great with variety daily, dinning room , bar and reception staff were very friendly and obliging. Spacious reception with free luggage storage. Location was excellent, a short cut to the beach. Public transport and free Siam park shuttle on the door step. Many shops , cafes and bars as you come out of the hotel. A quick drive to the south airport. Coffee excellent. All inclusive food and drinks until 11 pm. Evening entertainment. Safe location for night life .Apartment was very spacious and clean and large windows, very bright. Pack lunches given if needed if all inclusive

Paid WiFi not very good although the mobile reception was good. Deposit payment for TV remote, AC Remote and safe. Daily charge for safe, kettle and iron .

Location is excellent

The drinks and food were not great, alot of fish out of a minimal selection.
