STAFF WERE SUPERB, HOTEL WAS BRIGHT AND CLEAN, BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT, ENTERTAINMENT WAS VARIED & GOOD

ROOM WAS ISOLATED AT THE REAR WITH POOR VIEWS FROM BALCONY, NO SUNSHINE, DURING THE NIGHT (3-4AM) SLEEP WAS DISTURBED BY SERVICE VEHICLES (REFUSE/DELIVERIES) USING SERVICE ROAD. GIVEN THE COST OF THE HOTEL, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Staff were excellent.

Rooms and views were great. Location was great. Breakfast was good.

Beds were awful. Hard and felt like you would slide off. Hard to get food unless it was during certain hours. We were in the vip area and they took snacks away at 6 which was usually the time we would get back from tours. Mostly English tourist at hotel which is what they cater to including entertainment.

The Property was as described. Clean, Quality, Accommodating & Friendly Staff, Efficient & Priced well for what it provides, Rest & Relaxation

The prestige roof top pool & jacuzzi were not warm enough. Heated means above 30C

The hotel is beautiful, located next to the beach. The food is amazing and people working at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. We had a good time in the restaurant and at the bar.

The biggest concern is the value - we paid a high price to what we got. We had an all inclusive package, but in many instances were told that we need to pay extra to get what we want - food or drinks. Turned out "all inclusive" is not all inclusive at all and is only limited to selected items and locations. Parking was also not included, we had to pay extra. The beds have wheels in the room and were moving around, which was a bit uncomfortable. Some lotions in the bathroom were closed and we struggled to open them. Many staff members didn't speak english. The main pool itself was small and sad, we didn't even use it.

View and the staff was very friendly. Always tried helping and making sure our stay was comfy

The breakfast options were limited and lack of attempt to change the menu. Keeping in mind the stay was for 7 days.

Breakfast was amazing. The staff were brilliant and super friendly. The sunbed booking system was brilliant and so efficient. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the app notification letting you know when your room was cleaned is next level. The gym and pool fitness classes were great fun. Such an amazing place. Will definitely be back.

Nice clean hotel but not special for the price and how they make you feel

Expensive hotel and still you are not allowed in special places. Only for VIP for more cost.Like in the breakfast you are not allowed in special areas, the jacuzzi and more. That made me not feel to welcome and that's why I will not come again.

The hotel has everything you need for a getting away from it all holiday. You could stay here all inclusive and not go anywhere else (apart from maybe the beach !) or use it as a base for exploring the island and its fabulous beaches. I would definitely recommend the Star Prestige option as you get exclusive access to two separate pools and bar/sun lounging areas.

The main bar area is very open plan. it’s open to the checking in area and the entertainment stage has computer access areas very close to it. The area could be made more intimate / atmospheric.

We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable hotel.It is clean, attractive, and well organised.The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Pools were lovely, Prestidge one nice and warm. Aqu Zumba great fun - all staff fab

Loved everything about the hotel but the area is a little trashy to the left of the hotel - lots of massage and sex shops, not super safe feeling - walk out to the right and its lovely and down to beach

Excellent facilities. Breakfast selection excellent. Went B&B Star Prestige on 5th floor. Separate dining area, sun lounging and pools. Worth it. Staff very nice.

Location. It’s basically Brits Abroad once you are off the hotel property. Nearby restaurants are low quality. Take care of valuables in this area. Lots of pickpockets.

Room was nice, staff lovely, pool area and yoga great. Room service food was very average. Overall seemed a bit pricey for what we got.

Aquarobics great each day but same old music everyday not so good could do with more popular English music especially as most people taking part were English!

Sunbed booking system meant always had a sunbed and no laying towels down to keep a sunbed. Staff excellent and lovely hotel.

Some mornings took a while to find a table for breakfast.

It is an amazing hotel, really clean and breakfast like I have never seen. Close to the beach and staff very friendly.

When the room doors shut, it is really loud, would be good to get some silencers. Also we booked a double bed but got two singles attached that kept moving (both from the wall and each other).

Booked star prestige which was really amazing excellent value for money- private access to rooftop pool with endless self service bar with beer tap, fresh buffet food/snacks served all day regularly checked & topped up by staff. The views were amazing Location was great, buffet breakfast had superb choices of all sorts. Rooms were really quiet on top floor, fab sunset views. turndown service & super clean, we can’t wait to return. Would most definitely book prestige again.

you are very lucky with the staff, breakfast was very good, The pool was greatthe only minus was the noise outside our room, it was close to the elevators, people talking etcfood court was amazing

Stayed lots of times and they have brought a new system in to book your sun beds on an app. It is a TERRIBLE SYSTEM and eats into people holiday. We were a party of 6 and wanted bed together and had to Que to book with the staff by the pool and 3 times the beds weren’t booked and we were split up. This happened to lots of people and they were all complaining to the poor staff who were trying their best to help people but the system doesn’t work!!! Also if you want to book in advance for the beds the want 5 euros to book it. PLEASE LEAVE THE OLD SYSTEM IN PLACE as it spoils the hotel.
