Location is good if you want to stay close to the airport

Staff is inconsistent, some are very friendly & helpful. Some are indifferent. Hose keeping didn’t come clean our rooms despite we put out the sign saying such service is needed. Fridge in one of our rooms is broken and need to wait a day for repair

Just needed a nights stay before flying out the next day. . The bed was comfortable . The breakfast was very good. The shuttle back to the airport easy to book..

Breakfast and location were good. Laundry facility was really nice and reasonably priced.

The "free" hotel shuttle from the airport was not free! The driver told us that they charge it to the hotel, who in turn charged us $12 per person. Not good!Also, I noticed on my invoice that we were charged different rates on different nights which booking.com did not advertise.

The location lit was close to the bus station they had an area to order food had happy hour staff was very helpful

Good stay.Very Comfortable. Good customer care service.Reasonably good breakfast.Easy access to and from the airport.Nearby access to the train station to move around the city.

Location was great, price was a bit high but that's because we stayed on a Saturday night, so all hotels seem to hike their prices by almost double. This was the cheapest we found, but it didn't feel cheap. Room was clean and tidy amd was not too far from pubs and restaurants for dinner. Buffet brekky was yum also.

The hotel was well-located and clean. The room was comfortable. Everything was just fine.

Breakfast was okay. I would also avoid that airport shuttle next time. It's an added cost + our driver from the airport drove very aggressively from the terminal to the hotel.

Okay wasn't enough variety like other holiday inn ive stayed at. Staff on arrival rude and didnt expect this especially myself being special needs.

Location was very convenient. Room was quite nice. Dinner in the restaurant was solid. WiFi and Streaming to the TV worked quite well after some finagling.

Shower had glass screens which are shaded, but isn't ideal for friends who are close or couples. Also wasn't able to plug a HDMI into the TV, if using for work or trying to connect own device. TV streaming did help with this last issue.

Breakfast was good, location was good, staff were friendly, burgers across the road were nice, we walked to the hotel from the domestic airport which was ok once we worked out where to go

Our air-conditioning broke and with no opening windows our family of 4 got no sleep as we were way too hot. We had told reception about it when it happened in the evening and we were told us that they were send someone around to fix it later that evening but it unfortunately that didn't happen until just before we checked out the following dayI complained to the receptionist the next morning who was very apologetic about it (I realise its not her fault) but all that could be done for us was we were allowed to take a free drink of coke etc from the fridge- no refund or anything

Not far from the airport. Friendly staff. Small but comfortable room. Lovely bathroom. Fab wee burger place across the road for a late evening dinner if needed.

Comfortable bed; quiet and cool in summer.

Rubbish bins were not lined with bags and there was no toilet brush. Not sure if it was meant to be like that or is it just an error.

I love the way the staff are friendly. The hotel is lovely and clean.
