Nightcap at Chester Hill Hotel

Location was perfect. Restaurants and cafes around the corner and down the street from RSL

Smell of the pub on entry.

Bad parking, after hour door bell might aswell be non existent. Nothing like the photos

Uncomfortable mattress. Too soft. Caused body pain

Nice and cosy and the balcony was private so loved that too. We were also given complimentary bottles of water in our fridge and 1 free drink at the bar. Lovely service couldn’t fault them :)

Only complaint would be not being able to open one of the balcony windows as it was super hot when we stayed. But we survived haha

The room was spacious and clean.

When we got the room, the air conditioner was off and the room smelled weird. We left the room one hour later. When we came back , the room was filled with cigarette smell which continued the whole night.

The room was exactly like the photos, very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and location, it was close to restaurants.

The location to the train station. The beds were so comfortable. Huge bathroom!

Needs more mirrors in room also would be nice to have a chair to sit on through the corridor after climbing the stairs otherwise it was amazing

The room is very clean and comfortable. I like that it has an iron. I used it. There is a train station nearby about 5 minutes walk away.

I liked the quiet room I got and the air conditioning, plus Netflix loved the pizza place right across the road and the security measures of a night time and the swipe cards very clean staff very very friendly look forward to going again!

The room was spacious clean and had everything needed.

Just the downstairs exit in the morning if you went out there was no acess back

Needs a better mattress

Large rooms. Spacious bathroom.

There was nothing to put clothes on in the bathroom. The towel hanger was quite a distance from the shower. These are minor issues that could easily be fixed with a chair or some clothes hooks
