- Everything was amazing as always!!!
- lots of pools, some nice views, beachfront
- The way the hotel is built up is definitely something special (on a small hill). The replacement of elevators with an internal transportation within the complex is a very comfortable and practical solution!. It was simply a very pleasant experience.
Cons -
- Not enough time! Could use another 2 weeks there!
- lack of professionalism amongst staff. Given wrong information several times. AC in bedroom didnt cool unless put on dehumidifier mode, and was so loud caused difficulty sleeping. At dinner in the buffet, I got up to get dessert and returned less than 5 minutes later to find my table cleared and someone else had been given it. Sat 2x for over 15 minutes obviously done, drink finished and looking for the wait staff to get the bill, and had to start to walk around and ask before they helped, and appeared shocked that I was done.
