- It is within another hotel, the Tesoro, and the staff from that hotel are NOT very welcoming with guests from Enna Inn, they even make you pay extra for the bracelet that you need to use the facilities, is only 10 mxn but it shouldn't be an extra charge. Also, you have to leave a deposit for the keys, the remote controls and the towels, it feels cheap to do so.
