Good breakfast and comfy bed. Good view of Fuji

Eccentric rules such as giving the shoes and hotel key back to the staff when you leave for the day and picking it up when you come back so you don't lose the keys. Also the electric dryer was very weak. Took 2.5 hrs to dry 1 load of laundry

I love the breakfast here. Some food items are simple but they are delicious

Getting in or out of the hospital requires removing /putting on shoes, which is time consuming

We had a twin room and it was spacious! Everything was neat and tidy, and it was a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning too.

The location is spectacular and breakfast ..!! Oh man it was simple but amazing and it comes with Fuji mountain view!! Highly recommend it! Gotta shout out to all staff members who are all extremely helpful and kind.

Located in a calm surrounding, the bus station is next to the hotel about 50m (direcly to the Fuji station).And last but not least the Pittoresque view of Mount Fuji

The floor of the room kinda a bit dirty, the air conditioner filter was so dirty too, but they cleaned it after I requested.

The sink in the main room was so helpful for people like us who have a child. Breakfast was so good. The outside view from the window was also amazing

The luggage wheels need to be cleaned at arrival and shoes put in lockers. There was a water dispenser and vending machines (beer, Cup Noodles) in the back. Amenities avaliable at the lobby and Japanese/western breakfast was very good! Staff was helpful and rooms were very clean. Many supermarkets within walking distance. Room faced Mt. Fuji (although it was cloudy).

Although on the main street, the hotel is a bit far from public transportation. There are bus stops, but nothing in English. We took a cab from the Shinkansen station to the hotel.Once the room key is taken out, all power is shut off in the room, leaving it like a sauna when you return... we didn't get to see Mt. Fuji due to the weather, so check which month's are best for viewing.

You have to spend some time at arrival cleaning the wheels of each bag before going to the room.

The location is not hard to find and very easy to get to by bus (10min). I like the idea that we need to take off our shoes and wipe the wheels of our luggage before getting into the main area. It feels comfortable not to wear shoes everywhere. Nearby is a 24-hr supermarket which is very convenient if you are hungry late at night.

I dont really understand the problem to take some warm water from the breakfast venue to my own water bottle. I used a cup to carry the water and pour into my bottle because I need warm water. But I seemed to be scolded by a lady working at that venue to stop. I don’t understand Japanese, but her gesture was telling me to stop. If there is a water dispenser, but customers are not allowed to use it, then it would be quite unreasonable. It would be nice to have a sign in English to let customers know the rules. I’m happy to follow honestly.

The view of Fuji was wonderful.

A few things: Leaving shoes in a locker with a key was a hassle every time you had to go out. The cleaning of the suitcase wheels was excessive. Compared to other 3-star hotels in Japan, the breakfast is poor and the check-out time is relatively early.

Great hotel, wonderful and kind staff. They were accommodating to unusual requests. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. And an absolutely amazing view of Fuji-San. It was very nice to find out that we have rooms with an amazing view. I definitely recommend it.

Overall nice place to stay!

This was our fault, but it was so far away from Mount Fuji, we got a bus to Mount Fuji which took over 2 hours.

Clean, breakfast has nice options, parking is free.

The smell of the kitchen can go up to other floors through the elevator.

The receptionists were very very helpful! I spent several times asking them questions about travel routes and they did the utmost. They were very kind and supportive

The camera facing the Fuji are beautiful but those behind (like us) they don't have a very nice view. The view with lights is nice at night
