Breakfast, parking, location, nice Mount Fuji view from the lift lobby.

Staff could be a little warmer. Only rooms with odd numbers have views of Mount Fuji.

The staff were very friendly. Undercover car parking available if you get back to the hotel early. Breakfast was very good with quite a lot of variety. The twin room is quite spacious, especially if you are travelling alone.

1. The washing machine is broken and they could not say when it would be fixed so I could not do any washing during my 4 night stay. They don't have a "guest laundry" as such; there is one washer in the respective male/female change rooms for the onsen. As the machine in the womens change room was out of order, there wasn't any option to use the other washing machine as it is located in the men's change room. 2. I was unfortunately located right next to the smoking room which meant I could not have my window open as all I could smell was cigarette smoke and other very unpleasant smells, possibly sewer and cooking vents.3. The mattress is extremely hard by western standards and not remotely comfortable. Basically like sleeping on the floor only you are elevated.4. At night there are often raucous individuals in the parking lot of the neighbouring restaurant and the nearby park. They are quite loud and you can hear them even on the 8th floor where my room was located. Probably slightly tipsy but ultimately harmless patrons of the nearby restaurants but it was disconcerting the first time I heard them.

Location is good but one bed was too small. We confuse semi double bed was not for 2 pp. For twin room was perfect for my kid. Overall was good.

Very nice hotel with amazing mount Fuji view. Everything was very nice. Nice location near central park.

I was able to reserve only smoking room with mt. Fuji view. For non smoker it was little bit smelly, but got used to it after first day. Next time i will reserve it sooner, so I can stay in no smoking room.

Breakfast was great, lots of selections. You can view Mt. Fuji from our room. Got amenity bar in the lobby and coffee station as well.

One of the few and only hotels in Fuji. Location and staff were decent.

We stayed on the 8th floor which had a smokers corner, so the entire hall way and room smelled like smoke as well, despite having a non smoking room!

Staff is nice and polite.Free parking just in front of the hotel.

There were some small insects in the room, both on the bed and in the bathroom. The room is quite humid and lack of fresh air circulation. Turning on the air conditioning doesn’t help much.The washing machines are a bit old and lack of instructions.

Nice staff, good breakfast, quiet location

Kind of difficult to get to/from hotel using public transit, as there are hardly any buses in Fuji city. I'd recommend a car, parking is available.

Hotel room is quite new with full amenities in the room and hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. A restaurant and convenience store (Seven-Eleven) are next to the hotel.
