Fuji View Hotel

the front desk staff were very helpful. the room was quite large considering we had three people.

restaurant is a set course. there are no food opportunities between 2 and preset dinner.

The service and also the food. the dinner is great. also breakfast.

may be a little far away from the lake, center of the city. You need to use hotel bus to visit other place.

The location was great, close to everything. They also refunded us for the one night we couldn’t make, which we really appreciated.

Rooms were small for when you pack with large suitcases but otherwise great! Very clean

The view of Mt. Fuji was amazing. We were so happy. The rooms were spacious. The staff actually spent some time explaining the area when we booked in.

Beautiful view! Amazing staff! Had an amazing time! The shuttle bus arrived exactly as planned at pick up point 10. The ride feels pretty short! The room was beautiful! Love the onsen though we couldn’t use it due to my husbands tattoos but that isn’t the hotels fault obviously!

Beautiful view to Mount Fuji. Good restaurants and the onsen below was life changing.

The first lady who helped us check in was not rude, but not nice either. She did okay, but surprised me as everyone else in our Japan trip was nice.

We like everything in this hotel ❤️Great location, very quiet, amazing view from balcony on the lake, huge rooms with all huge rooms with all the amenities (kimono, slippers, socks, everything for the bathroom) for guests they provide free Onsen, it’s really relaxing after full day walk. Few hot pools, one of them outside, sauna, cold pool. Good breakfast with big choice of different type of food. It’s very good that the hotel has free shuttle bus to the city. We recommend this hotel if you want to relaxing, enjoying nature. Best hotel In Kawagutiko lake.

All is perfect!

Amazing views from both sides of the hotel. The Fuji-facing side looks almost like a painting if you’re lucky enough to stay on a clear day. The garden on the back side is equally stunning, filled with vibrant autumn colors. Breakfast and staff was also excellent.

The location is unparalleled, absolutely magnificent views of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and having a regular shuttle servie to/from town was super convenient.

The view from the room, the breakfast was exellent.the shuttle service was easy to use.the onsen facilities were very good.

one body towel wasn't enough in my opinion.After we returned from the onsen the towel was wet and if we wanted a shower before bed we had a problem

Location, the VIEW is just remarkable, truly the best in Kawaguchiko. The rooms were very comfy, the stuff was exceptionally customer centered and polite, the breakfast was super good!

Excellent view of Mount Fuji!Large and clean rooms. The buffet breakfast is very rich in variety and quantity. The whole hotel is kept very clean. The personal is helpful and nice.

It doesn’t have either a bar nor a coffee shop to drink or eat after breakfast.

Beautiful property and views of Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff were exceptional and attentive to detail.

No lobby coffee service in early morning was missed…room coffee’s were limited to two packets so had to request more at front desk which was fine.

The view was great, Fuji Mountain right in front of us! Nice hotel but the furnishings kind of outdated!

Lovely place! Excellent breakfast, staff are so cute and were very helpful. The room was clean and had a nice view from the balcony.

Situated in a forested area right next to the shore of lake Kawaguchi, the hotel features very spacious rooms with great views of the surrounding nature. Top floor has an observation area featuring direct unobstructed views of Mt.Fuji, weather permitting. Great breakfast in the morning, while the hotel's restaurant offered excellent dinner options in the evening - I particularly liked the Japanese style menus made up of nine dishes. Shuttle bus every hour to Kawaguchiko station, making it easy to catch the bus to Subaru 5th station where the climb up Fuji begins. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and overall very professional.
