Super Hotel JR Fujiekimae Kinenkan

Recommended once but..

Room is dirty and full of stain. I stayed there before so i recommended it to my friends but i got disappointed.

Staff excellent, free drinks bar was great, lobby area very tidy, modern and well kept. Room was small but functional

Bed was quite low down, and roller blinds a bit dusty.

The cocktail bar was a welcome addition in the evening to relax, and the breakfast was very nutritious and varied.

Some stains on the floor near the door, but otherwise generally clean.

Free drinks, offering gifts for good behaviour, sustainable vision and mission, free breakfast is a nice idea even if we couldn’t take advantage of it, right outside the station.

We found a stain on the sheets.

Central location to discover Shizuoka - combined with Mt. Fuji-Shizuoka Area Tourist Pass Mini. Super near train station. Has a breakfast area to chill from 6pm-9pm with free drinks n some liquor. Very friendly staff!!

Decent breakfast, excellent location

Room size is slightly small

Location and staff very helpful.

Rooms very small

The free breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff members were very friendly. Good location.

Nil.

Location is good。

Bar service is not good…better to set hot coffee and tea machine for the night time instead of poor bar service…

Nice staff, good location just right there where the fuji station at. Good breakfast and also they have a welcome bar open every evening for free drink. And pajamas or extra pillows you can pick in front of the counters.

Enjoyed variety of food at breakfast. Nice happy hour drinks. Good you could get another pillow one in room was not at all comfortable.

One of the people behind the Desk not so helpful.

Loved the cocktail hour. Great to be able to choose your own pillow. The kids got a wee pack with slippers, a sponge and a toothbrush, which they loved. Breakfast was good. Very close to the local train station. About a 15min walk to Shinkansen Station.

No staff around in the morning to drop bags off.

Spacious comfortable room. Located close to train station but a distance from downtown. Overnight parking available nearby at reasonable rate. Included breakfast also very nice.

it was near the station and was easy to locate

Does not have own parking and you need to look for coin parking spaces nearby. It doesn’t have public bath, which I always look forward to.

Incredible value for money, including a complimentary breakfast buffet and complimentary alcohol in the evening. The room is small-ish, which is to be expected, but has enough space for a desk and chair to work at in addition to the double bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and when we arrived early for check-in they allowed us to wait in the lobby. This hotel is also very conveniently located right across from Fuji Station.

We booked a room that was meant to have a double bed and a twin bed, as I wasn't sure if we would sleep comfortably in one double bed. However, I did not realize when booking that this would be a bunk bed, which I think is meant to sleep a child. It makes sense now, but I was not aware at the time, and we did not end up using the twin bed at all.

Conveniently located, basically right next door to the Fuji Train Station. Friendly and helpful staff. Provided an assortment of amenities and pajamas for free. As well as during 6-9pm(?) there's a free open bar, which we thoroughly enjoyed!

The bunk bed at the top was a bit cramped space-wise for an adult to stay comfortably.

Helpful and nice staff, good facilities and very comfy. Specially liked the free bar and the breakfast was good. Very cool you can choose your own pillow.

Everything was good.

Free drinks in the evening, nice breakfast, comfortable bed, helpful staff.

The top bunk area smelt musty.

Located next to the train station.Staff didn't speak much english. But they made the effort to communicate through google translate. Very helpful.

I got in late. There aren't many food places nearby. Ended up ordering Uber Eats.Food places located on the north side exit of train station.

-close to local train line -wonderful buffet breakfast each morning- very filling-kind and helpful staff

-rooms are a bit small, but if you are exploring each day, that is no problem!
