Dinner was fabulous. Breakfast was good too. The hot spring tubs and area were fabulous.

Some of the restaurant facilities were closed during our stay. This was disappointing, especially since it was pouring down rain and the hotel is not in close proximity to many places for walking.

We ordered a Fuji facing room but were very disappointed to see that the room on the 6th floor’s view was blocked by a high rise building about half a kilometer away.I asked the receptionist if we could have a higher floor, and after a 10 minute search, said we could have the 10th floor room but it would cost an extra 2,000 yen ($12).Of course we agreed and the honest receptionist asked if we really wanted it, as the forecast the next day was cloud and rain, and did we really want to spend the money.We said the weather was our problem, no fault to him, and yes, we would take it.Lucky for us, the next morning we woke to a glorious view of Mt. Fuji, in a comfortable, clean room, with a high regard to the honesty and integrity of the reception personel.We enjoyed the Western breakfast as opposed the the Japanese breakfast, especially as it was served to us in a Japanese styled private room, overlooking a beautiful pond, where we saw the children feed the Koi fish on the way to school

Really friendly and attentive staff, we felt really welcome as soon as we arrived. Very nice and clean hotel with three restaurants on sites and a large pond with a nightly light and water show. Large beautiful room with a sensational view of Mount Fuji and a viewing lounge on the top floor.

No streaming available on TV, only local channels.

The staff were fantastic, they even upgraded us at checkin, very nice comfortable room with private onsen and great view from window.

The supposed (western breakfast) was seriously unwestern, you are taken to your stall or little room and they bring out your breakfast so you cannot choose anything, very disappointing since the only western thing on the platter was bread and runny eggs. Also to get the attention of the servers we had to get up and go after them every time as they were all standing together talking down the hall instead of serving, very unjapanese in my opinion.

A lovely hotel -spacious room, super friendly staff and a great location for Mount Fuji (with great views)and Hanoke. Gardens are lovely. Easy parking.

The property was set in a beautiful location with views of Mount Fuji and we enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the birds and sound of the ocean waves.

Everything about this hotel was great. The Japanese breakfast was amazing. The room was spotless and they gave restocked our room with a bottle water for free. The garden with the fish pond is beautiful. The hotel is within reasonable walking distance from a 7 eleven. But having a car to go around is best. The parking garage is great.

Slightly difficult to find out how to locate and get into the property by car (Apple Map navigation gave faulty result). It was still very convenient and very close to expressway exit/entrace

The room we got had a clear view of Mt.Fuji and a personal-sized onsen! What a refreshing way to wake up! The size of the room was spacious, very different from the city hotels. There is a garden and koi pond in the middle of the hotel where you can walk around. There were three (3) upscale restaurants you can eat in, just make sure to schedule. Breakfast was served in one of the restaurants, Japanese-style. Service was friendly and efficient. Did I just say that the view from our room is breathtaking? Wonderful.

I wish there were more international cable channels, or maybe a movie streaming service so there are more choices of shows to watch.

Lovely hotel with outstanding views of Mount Fuji! We spend on night here on our way to Kyoto and it was the perfect relaxing night after Tokyo highly recommend.

The best hotel I have ever been to. Japanese hotels are always next level compared to ours in Europe, but this one was simply amazing. The only thing that might seem strange at first is the breakfast, not everything there was delicious. But that's my personal preference, so I didn't lower the ratings for that.

Clean and spacious room with view of Mt Fuji. Onsen is good. Teppanyaki dinner is a little bit pricy but tasty. Japanese style breakfast is also good.

A little bit far from the train station but shuttle service available. Better book the shuttle in advance.

It was a pity that the restaurants were only open with a full menu (5-6 courses). There wasn’t an a la carte menu available.

My group and myself enjoyed our stay here. We had booked Mt Fuji View Rooms which were amazing. The hot spring baths and sauna were extremely good The breakfast.was curated for individual preferences and dietary restrictions of the group.One of my group members left her sunglasses in the room and the hotel couriered it to the next hotel where we were staying. This was highly appreciated.

The room is big, it does have a view on mount Fuji (partial with buildings in the line of sight, not good for any picture)Decent bathroom.

First, some of the staff lack training. We did not book but I knew there were available rooms. The staff outside the hotel refused us to enter until we book online... I guess he likes his hotel to loose money. So I did with Booking.comThe breakfast is ok at best. But the staff during the breakfast have no idea what they do. They don't ask you what you want, don't offer menu. If you order something similar to what is included in the breakfast course, they don't inform you by courtesy. (cause the content of the course is only showed when you check in, so yes I forget)For the price, it is not what I expect. It applies higher rate and want to be a higher class hotel but fail to.
