This place is amazing! If you’re on the fence, let this convince you!! I had a Fuji view room and the views were STUNNING!!! I only stayed for two nights and the price was great!!! Don’t forget to check out the public baths while you’re there too!

A bit far from main station

The view was incredible and the room size was only rivalled by the ryokans we had stayed in.

The pillows were not comfortable. It is also a bit of a walk from public transport, but we enjoyed it.

Large room with welcoming staff and good food at kitchen. It is about 20min away from the rail station. Nearby there are several restraurants with good different food options. It is near to the convenient stores as well. The mount Fuji is very visible.

All services and location of the hotel are very good. The room is spacious and clean. Compared to other hotels in Japan in the same segment, I highly rate this hotel

The only downside of the hotel is the attitude of the receptionist (An Idian woman staff). We checked out 30 minutes late due to the wrong check out time of 11:00 am. This is our fault. However, I received only one call from her with an attitude of yelling and demanding money from me immediately. She made up that this was the second reminder call and my husband replied that he would extend it for 1 night. But the truth is that there was no such call, I think the hotel can check this. I very much respect the hotel's rules, but this employee's impolite attitude and lack of respect for customers is the first time I've encountered it, especially when it happens in a 3-star hotel. I think the hotel needs to reconsider the issue of personnel training so that the overall quality is not affected

It was a very nice hotel, The staff were very pleasant and helpful. About a 15 minute walk from the bus and train station.

The bed and pillows were a little stiff for me although my wife enjoyed it

The location is great, only 17 minutes walking from the train station. Far from the crowds but very convenient. There are some good options to have dinner around. The views of Mt. Fuji are great! Even from the street. The Onsen is great! The English speaker staff is good and willing to help. The room is very big compared to most of japanese hotels.

The hotel was great.Rooms are not big but still manageable. The beds are a bid on the small size but ok.The onsen was nice at the hotel!View of the fuji mountain was spectacular from our room, but only saw it on the last day there and early in the morning.

The onsen at the hotel was really nice and well maintained. Beautiful outdoor part as well. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very nice.

Front desk was friendly. Check in was fast. Clean over all. Smart toilet seat was great in terms of functionality. Bath tub and faucet was new and shiny, and shower head was comfortable to use.

We booked for 3 people but only found two sets of towels and two slippers in the room. Mattress felt old that sank in the middle. Towels were found slightly stained.

The hotel is well located with nearby restaurants and supermarkets, just 20 minutes walk from the main station, also possible with bus.the room. was large and clean.view of mount Fuji from the steet.

Big room for Japan is something exceptional? queen size bed was very comfortable for myself. Blackout curtains, bathtub, big choice of amenities like toothbrush, comb, raizor, anthing? Nice pijama is provided for every room to visit onsen. Onsen is lovely, small garden view and massage chairs are perfect! Been there 2 times in one day, very relaxing? shopping mall is just across the road

Stuff is not friendly, almost nobody speaks English and they do not even try to help. Annoying for such big Hotel and touristic location. Keep in mind that Hotel is very far from train station and main attractions, taxi cost 500-600¥ per kilometer so it's quit expensive. There's a bike parking available for booking though the app, but not for russian phone number (very limited list of countries) and Hotel stuff doesnt have any information about other rental services... Very dissapointing. Breakfast is okay, japanese style, served in the old wing. Small restaurant on the 1st floor is full. Next time I will choose a different hotel

Very spacious, comfortable room, great onsen and massage devices. Great view for Fuji. Strongly recommend!

Early checkout time, earlier than any hotel. Room was super dirty and not cleaned
