Great view, food and extremely nice people serving. Loved having a little lounge with such cozy design for happy hour before dinner.

Liked everything. One of most enjoyable all around hotel experiences we've had.

The hotel is a bit old, but the design, service, and views more than make up for it. The cleanliness was good, and the scenery was truly breathtaking.Definitely recommend and I’m sure we’ll come back.

The staff was so kind. The views of Mt Fuji from the patio were breathtaking

Nothing major, but our room didn’t have Netflix, so we couldn’t watch tv. But we were so relaxed, it wasn’t really necessary

The hotel was amazing. The staff are super nice and helpful, going above and beyond my needs/expectations. The location of the hotel is unbelievable. You have a direct view of the lake and Mt Fuji.

Beds need to have a low bed frame, sleeping on the floor is no longer adequate or comfortable.

Beautiful lake and Mt. Fuji view point. Staff were friendly, competent, and went out of their way to accommodate us. E-bike usage was much appreciated as was shuttle service

The cloudy weather which hindered view of Mt. Fuji, but I guess they have little control over that.

The onsen was a a treat! We loved it! We also loved all the amenities that came with our room!

The walk up and down the hill was tough - but we took the shuttle from the hotel and that worked out perfectly, so it wasn’t even a problem unless we wanted to go somewhere outside of shuttle times!

The place is overall beautiful, with great views of the Fuji.

Tourist spot for Westerners. The staff, accustomed to this, was acting differently than in the rest of Japan we visited, and mostly unhelpful: room requests (placed months in advance) were ignored first and rejected upon renewed request at check in; concierge restaurant reservation was overly complicated (and wanted me to get down to the reception and stay there watching them at the telephone the whole time), and then refused to help us booking a restaurant in a nearby town for the night of our check out because "tourists first book then don't go and restaurants get upset with us" (which, clearly, wasn't our case).

Mizno is an exceptional hotel that I would love to come back to, incredible service, beautiful funky eclectic decor, the most comfortable beds in all of Japan and of course the views of Fuji are second to none. Don't think, just book, you will love it all!

it was perfect

Beautiful hotel, from the lobby to the onsen, private bath, view during breakfast and the room. The fuji view was unreal (looks better than in the photos). The staff are extremely kind, nice ans friendly. Super helpful too. 10/10 experience.

view to Fuji, room was clean, lobby so good, there is roof top bath, comfy beds (tatami)

Situated facing lake kawaguchiko, Mizno hotel is so clean and beautifully decorated.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were very professional and helpful. Amazing views and facilities and excellent food.

Every one, included me went there for the location, is one of very little hotels with the perfect orientation to see mt Fuji, with the lake in front and no obstruction. you can reserve a private bath, that its in the roof top with an amazing view of mt fuji while you relax.

its a petty that they don't include in the rooms with outdoor deck a hot bath to enjoy the views.

The location offers an excellent vantage point for viewing Mount Fuji from your accommodations. The staff provided exceptional service, and the property boasts a range of amenities, including a superb public bath and electric bicycles.

It is hard to reserve it

This hotel has one of the best angles to see Mt Fuji and the lake. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has some charming characters. The onsen also has an unbelievable view of Mt Fuji. We are super happy with the stay and the opportunity on experience the Japanese style room. Highly recommended!!!

Double bed a bit small, but all tje rest wonderful
