Great staffs at all levels

Anyone can come up to any room directly off street. So the outside of the room is public. Security is poor but it is Japan so tight security may not be needed. It's possible that a guard is watching using CCTV.

the room has a great view of the ocean and Mt. Fuji. The tub was big enough for 2 people.

The bed was extremely hard because it had no mattress. We were lying directly on the metal box spring bed frame with a thin layer sheet. We asked for some more sheets on top but it didn't help much. Not easy to move when everything was unpacked and busy.

The people are the ones who make this place a hidden GEM.

Convenient location near the center of Numazu. This is my second time staying here and I couldn’t be more satisfied. A must stay if you’re a fan of Tsushima Yoshiko.

Think you need to be at breakfast 7.30am for fresh dose of what's on offer, few things cold at 9.30am

I thought room would have had more space, we felt a bit squished moving about one another....

Very helpful and polite staff. The breakfast was excellent, with options for every taste (¥1,650 per person if paid the evening before). We also enjoyed the free Happy Hour drinks from 5 to 8 p.m., which was a nice bonus. Free bicycle rentals were a great touch and made exploring the area easy and fun.The location is fantastic — close to the ocean, with a beautiful river view from our room. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

Friendly staff, jazz concerts, great location, window views - Suruga Bay and Mount Fuji visible at once!

Room was showing its age - furniture and facilities - although it was still perfectly functional

The hotel is in the heart of the location and near the station. The river is beautiful especially at night. The harbor is only a short bus away or a 20 minute walk.

Location is great: a 10-minute walk from Numazu station and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Staff are pleasant and helpful.Amenities are what you’d expect from a Japanese business hotel. Standard, nothing fancy.Room isn’t large but doesn’t feel cramp. Decently clean.

Wall is pretty thin so you can hear people in the hallway.

Great hotel in a good location between the ocean and the station. We stayed on the 11th floor which had a nice view of Fuji-san and the ocean too. Good size room with good facilities.

Helpful staff, free drinks, beautiful view, budget-friendly, comfortable beds, good amenities.

I enjoyed the riverside location and the ability to easily ride to local shops and beaches using the hotel’s 3 hour free bicycle rental.

Really good staff - very helpful and efficient. Rooms: simple, clean, comfortable. Great location near the port and near good bars and restaurants. Will use again when next go to Numazu.

Location is good however hotel rooms need an update

Price of coffee at the restaurant cafe was very expensive 800 yen, air conditioner did not work well, bathrooms need an update. Suggestion to provide bottles of water to guests each day

Great place to stay, very clean and great view to the city, staff was kind and I could comunicate in English very well, a lot of Love Love decoration that will be of the linking of fans. Easy access from Numazu Station, either walking or by bus.

The staff were fabulous and very helpful. They gave us a lot of information in English.The location was close to the station.The breakfast had a lot of Japanese and Western style food and drinks to choose from. It was that good a deal that we booked another 2 nights. The view of Mt Fuji from the room.

The hotel looks a bit tired, but for the price we paid, it wasn't an issue.

Great staff, nice views of the river, spacious room, full sized bathtub, clean.

Hotel is dated and in need of some repairs. Massive 50" screen but nothing to watch, old spring mattresses need to be gone.
