Good hotel. Could use some updating.

being on the lake was a great spot, i enjoyed use of the onsen also on the property

we didnt have any views from our rooms so would recommend asking for one of the mountain or lake

Good location you can see Mt.Fuji from parking lot and some room windows.There is shuttle bus service to pick and drop you at Kawaguchiko Station.Great staff services. Near to Lawson.

The Osen was amazing perfect temp, the staff were friendly and helpful. And the room was awesome.

Great staff, very spacious rooms, comfortable beds and extra futon beds. We had a great view of Mount Fuji from our window.

The shower had a very slight mouldy smell.

The location is in really a nice quit area, in front of the lake, 5-7 mins by the bus from kawaguchiko St, the staff are really nice and helpful, a near by masjid.

The facilities are outdated.

The view of Mt. Fuji from our room was unbelievable and honestly felt unreal. We couldn't stop looking outside, as we were lucky enough to get great visibility on both days we were in the area. We also liked the futon area of our room as our baby could safely play and crawl there. Last but not least, the staff was super friendly and went the extra mile. The day of the check out in particular, a staff member from the reception offered to take me and all my luggage with the hotel's shuttle to the train station, as I couldn't find a taxi to take me there on time. I'll be forever grateful for his kindness and willingness to help!

The hotel is old and the rooms need some proper renovation. It felt like we went back to the 70s. It could also be cleaner. We found some dirt and hair on the floor. In any case, the breathtaking view of the mountain compensated for all of the above.

Kind of a creepy vibe in the hotel itself, the room felt small and only two small laundry machines for the whole hotel which was definitely not enough

Space is very big and location is the best of the best. Right next to bus stop and bus is very frequent to move around.

The facility and room design is very very old. It’s like 90s vibe. For this price I was expecting alittle bit more modern. Not only facility but many things looks like it’s been in use over decades and years. And the worst bed comfortability. I could feel the bed spring on my back. It was very difficult to sleep due to small and uncomfortable bed. I didn’t use shower room. I wasn’t very motivated to use. It’s very old and didn’t look encouraging to use.

It’s in an awesome location with views of the lake AND Mt. Fuji! Staff was very helpful when trying to order takeout!

A spacious room in a great location near a beautiful park. The property offers bike rentals and a free shuttle to and from Kawaguchiko Station.
