Spacious. Very clean. Well priced

Pillows were uncomfortable

Relatively big room with enough space for luggage. Nice Fuji view from the corridor. Walking distance from the train station. Room cleaning according to personal wishes.

Breakfast was the same every day - no variations. Reception was supposed to be all electronic, but practically manually assisted making the processes quite inefficient.

Staff is very friendly, and the location is brilliant! The Avenue where the hotel is located is beautiful..you’ll have a lovely walk to the hotel looking at the Mt Fuji.. it’s an amazing view.

The hotel it’s a bit outdated, it would be nice if they could have some rooms refurbished, so we could choose when booking, for example.

This was my 2nd time staying there. The staffs are kind, provide good breakfast, good location to view Mt. Fuji

Has a little distance to/from the train station. But it’s just ~15-min walk, not too bad

The bed is short for my 17 and 15. Bedding fabric is a little bit tough

We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had a balcony, and from it we could even see Mount Fuji. The room was quite spacious by Japanese standards. There was even a closet — such a wow factor! None of the hotels we stayed at in Japan had a closet before. We absolutely loved it.

Close, felt safe, bed was comfy, shower pressure was great. The breakfast was yummy as well.

They advertise shuttle to train station from 1500 to 1800 but when I requested shuttle to take me to the tran at 1537 they said there was none and called me a taxi.

I stayed here previously, the front counter upgraded somehow, but that’s almost all about it. It is quite a value stay, but something else became worst.

It isn’t that clean, especially the bathroom, the smells of dampness lingers around. You can see dark spots around all corners and the ventilation system.And I was given the wrong type of room, I booked for Twin Room, was given a King or Queen.

Staff not accommodating; check out time is very early at 10 AM; dated property- even the room keys are old style ; poor amenities, and not a value for money overall.

Great location for visiting the Fuji area. Friendly and helpful staff. Very reasonable price.

The pillows were a bit too hard.

The place is an oldish 70's hotel, in a good location with lots of free parking (vacancy basis). Not a lot of amenities, and free coffee only from 3pm (?!). The room was huge (!), but wasn't very clean with some stains on the bedding and with a harsh mattress for our taste. The staff were very nice and helpful.

We loved our stay here mostly due to the hospitality and kindness of all the staffs. The rooms were spacious with lots of cabinets. The interior might be a bit dated but it's an overall excellent place to stay at if you are travelling to enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji.

Very nice room, great value for money, short walk from the station. Would have been good to have a microwave in the room and the pillows were quite uncomfortable.

This is solid, simple place to stay to explore the area. It’s clean and all you really need. Staff are professional and friendly. Wifi is very strong. Great view of Fugi in the hallway. Good value overall.

The location is a bit of walk to the train station. The TV doesn’t connect to YouTube etc.

Great hotel in a great location. Beautiful Fuji views right by the road. Approximately 10 minute walk to Kawaguchiko Station, although may be a bit chilly in the winter. Older style hotel but comes with everything you'd expect. Full amenities with a convenient small kitchen. Decently sized room and bathroom and a lot of TV channels. Balcony was a nice touch.

Wifi was a bit slow in the rooms, you have to find a right spot for reception.

Love the room and cozy. Nearby Lawson & 7-11. 10mins walk from Kawaguchiko Station No. 2 ???? excellent view of Mt. Fuji from our room.
