they over priced the room charge and its value does not match with the type of hotel that we paid.

Breakfast buffet was good. Welcome dinner and second night dinner both were outstanding! Presentation and taste were excellent! All staff was outstanding! Nice property with wonderful views of Mt. Fuji.

Solid hotel, nothing too fancy, nothing terrible. Staff were excellent, amentires in room were great. Included ability to use Amazon, Netflix on TV which was a bonus. Bathroom a little tight. Shuttle to and from Kawa Station was easy and prompt. No gym.

Central location and had shuttles to go to the station. Easy to get to by taxi from the station. I wish the shuttles would run regularly throughout the day but everything has to be pre booked

Hotel charges for everything including bag storage. There’s also no way to control true temperature in the room

Shuttle was convenient to get into town. The dinner was amazing, and they were very accommodating of an allergy. The rooms were very spacious and was cleaned every night. It was very nice to wear the yukata around the property. We also played table tennis which was a fun night time activity. Coolish ice cream vending machine on site IYKYK!!

Not a lot within walking distance at night.

1. the shuttle bus from the train station ONLY operate from 15:00. i’ve got to the kawaguchiko station at noon, and i was shocked that there wasn’t anyone to pick me up like other hotels.2. the shuttle bus from the hotel to the train station in the morning only offered at limited time. and check out time is 11:00 and the shuttle bus already left… 3. when i got to the hotel at noon, i couldn’t check in which i understood the check in time starts at 1500. so i was asking the staff to keep my luggage so i can go sightseeing without the bags with me. but i don’t know why without checking my personal information, the male staff thought i was already checked out and began telling me that for keeping a luggage was 500 yen an item. i was shocked that any hotels would charge their customers that, and i wasn’t even checked in yet!4. the hotel was distant from downtown so i couldn’t go to a convenient store when i was hungry

The location and the view is unmatched. Incredibly clean and comfortable room with so much space and a truly breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji from the balcony. Breakfast was great and there are several good dining options in walking distance.

Nothing to really dislike, just be sure you understand fees are per person and not per room. We splurged on this hotel and loved it.

I really enjoyed the set dinner menu — each dish was beautifully crafted, thoughtfully prepared, and tasted wholesome and delicious. The room was very clean, and the service at both the reception and restaurant was excellent. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant.

The location was quite far, and getting there wasn’t the most convenient. It would be helpful if the shuttle bus had fixed, clearly defined pick-up times to make checking in smoother. The onsen was decent, but I would have preferred an outdoor option to enhance the experience

Staff is really friendly, especially receptionists. Free parking included. Rooms were clean which is a big plus.

Breakfast so was average, menu is the same everyday with limited number of options. But that’s 3 start hotel, so it’s fine

The room was spacious and spotless, offering a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji. For guests without a car, the hotel conveniently provided a shuttle van service.

The room was very nice and clean, very spacious bathroom and the view was amazing from the balcony. There were some comfortable chairs and a table to enjoy some coffee and a view of Mount Fuji. The staff here were friendly and helped me with whatever I needed. I arrived before my check in time and they held my luggage so could go explore, when I arrived at my check in time my luggage was in my room.

I guess you had to set up a reservation for the shuttle bus. This property is about a 35 to 40 min walk to lake Kawaguchi it’s not bad.

Comfy beds, big room, great location and parking is big. Every room had mount fuji view the balcony, amazing!!

The rooms were quite spacious .The backdrop was pretty, peaceful not much noise.

The facilities was very good. Rooms were nice, and on big side. The bathroom was very nice. Location convenient to trains station. We actually saw Mount Fuji from balcony when it was clear enough.The staff was very nice and friendly.

The breakfasts and service were very good, but we had to keep these little pieces of paper and show each morning. This was very cumbersome and clumsy.But the staff could not communicate in English very well. Also using the shuttle bus was difficult. When we called from the train station we just got a recording because they busy.

Very nice view of mount fuji from the room. We are considered lucky to see the mt fuji though the weather not very nice.

The breakfast selection is kind of limited with the price paid, as compared to other hotel breakfast at cheaper price) which i can have even more selection.

Nothing. Hotel may consider providing water bottles, though it was not a big issue as they were available for purchase downstairs.
