Piazza Hotel Montecasino

Breakfast 100% Bed was a bid uncomfortable all other facilities wonderfull

more comfortable bed

Friendly staff, easy access to Monte Casino, safe parking for car. Overall a good experience.

Location was perfect. Room was clean and neat.

The reception staff will he my only complaint. (The rest of the staff were amazing and friendly). The reception staff were unfriendly lack personality. Would really suggest some customer engagement training for them.

The location was great. Nice restaurants and a mall nearby

The rooms a bit small

It is connected to the restaurants and entertainment area

We are right next to the central area that they usually play rugby matches etc, so it gets REALLY LOUD in the room, came from a long trip and wanted to rest in the afternoon but it was as if the rugby match was playing inside my bedroom.

Breakfast was good and good room service

Extremely noisy guests , broken TV , room wasn't completely clean and got overcharged

The room carpert looked dirty. The toilet had residuals from previous flush, it wasn't clean.

The room was not very nice. The staff is not friendly but just doing their job (no warmth or welcoming)

Location

Small rooms. 1 bottle of water and bathing gel...

Breakfast was a bit limited as i have halal dietary requirements, but i managed to still have a proper breakfast which was satisfying

Room was stunning, just couldn't get the aircon to work - otherwise stunningB/fast was amazing - but both us (my mom and I) got sick from the haddock fish We got an upgrade from the Piazza to the Pivot - was pleasant surprise. Hopefully when we book again next year we get an upgrade again :-)

The location at the Montecasino Teatro makes this a preferred venue.

1. Aircon malfunctioned, even after housekeeping attended to it. Room temperature went up to 27 degrees after which I had to switch if off and open the windows.2. Safe malfunctioned, and I asked housekeeping to open it for me.3. The tv was not working (I did not wish to phone housekeeping again, so just left it).

It was all excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable, overlooking major attractions theatre, restaurants and casino as well as close to malls.

I loved everything

The grounds and the parking were all great. The location being part of Montecasino was fantastic, and the breakfast was quite good.

There really is not much to greet you in the lobby, very simple. The rooms are quite small, although they look nice. The bathroom isn’t separate, so make sure you know the person you are with very well.

Loved our room and the hotels proximity to the entertainment and restaurants. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Iocation off the hotel and breakfast

The rooms where to cold and didnt have extra bedding. Even after putting the aircon on heat

Clean rooms, friendly staff good location.

Please supply room service menus in rooms.

Good clean, comfortable rooms with a great breakfast spread. Ideally located within walking distance of all the Monte Casino attractions, and close to restaurants with great night life experiences.

While the rooms are quite small, the beds are nice and comfortable, and the shower is really good! In terms of location, it's in a big casino resort, where there is a really extensive selection of restaurants and places for entertainment, without even leaving the area. The rest of the city around is kind of hit and miss, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

Great to have access to the buzzing Monte Casino, with so many restaurants to choose from

Rooms are tiny, to the point of uncomfortable. Not great value for money.

The location is really great. The breakfast is really good and service is fast.

The rooms are a bit small really. We were staying at 215 and the bathroom above us was leaking and water was coming down our bathroom mirror.
