- Poor service front desk, restaurants. No perks provided for diamond status. Staff wasted hours of my time.
- The linen in the hotel especially the window is very poor. I made my reservation at least 30 days in advance. When I got there the room type that I paid for was not available. I asked repeatedly the following day to secure the room type that I paid for.
