The staff member at the reception was not nice. Clearly overwhelmed with too many check ins. Another member was nice to other guests so it was a hit and miss. The room was ok, the pool and the breakfast too but didn’t feel like a 4 star establishment. Not going to stay there in the future.

Everything. Beds very hard and very uncomfortable, food was plain untasty, staff is extremely rude, housekeeping unacceptable and wanting to charge extra for changing bed linen earlier than once in 7 day, the spa treatments are a joke and very expensive . Treatments like massage are done unprofessionaly and cut the time in half. Instead of 1 hour massage you only get 20 minutes. Other procedures are also a joke and not worth the money they charge you. Do NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

Away from the crowds and very quiet. Breakfast was nice with good selection of different food.

Room is smaller than expected, the balcony fits 1 chair. Swimming and wellness that is free with room, is basically swimming and a small hot tub. Not English friendly.

Breakfast was okay, lot of choices. Spa facilities are also good.

We didnt get room cleaning the second day

It was ok, with short walk to the city center. Breakfast tasty.

Swimming pool quite small. Breakfast room quite crowdy, and there was a queue near coffee machine.

The room was ok, but needed a fan. Breakfast was very nice and the massage we booked was affordable and good. Pool is fine, saunas are also fine.

The one lady at the reception of the Green House, you can't be working at hospitality in a hotel with multiple language speaking people and give a lecture to my husband because he doesn't speak Czech but has a Czech residence. Entitled AF.

Horrible hotel

This hotel is an absolute disappointment. Nothing matches the description they advertise. The spa is out of service, the sauna doesn’t work, and all the furniture is old and in very poor condition. The staff is extremely unfriendly, and the breakfast is absolutely awful. It is located very far from the colonnade, and if you don’t book their spa treatments, they refuse to give you free bus transportation. They will not refund you for anything, no matter the situation. Please, do yourself a favor and never stay at this hotel.

Swimming pool not available for kids after 19:00. On some days parking spaces are limited.

the hotel was too old and the rooms without air conditioning, where i had to leave after 30 minutes abd they didn’t refund my money

Rooms where clean but the hotel is dated and looks more like a clinic than an spa Hotel.

Disappointing Experience for the Price paidI expected much better service for the rate I paid. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned during my stay, which is completely unacceptable at this price point. On top of that, when i questioned the staff about it they were unfriendly and unhelpful, making the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this was far below the standard I am used to and I would not recommend staying here.

Wonderful food, both breakfast and dinner, nice warm pool and spa zone.

We have stayed two days but our expectations with this price were not matched. Swimming pool was always crowdy and jakuzi pool was cold.The staff were not friendly and we had to pay parking fee in addition to the hotel price

Good personal, clean room.I did not like too many russian tourists.The worse thing the walls between the rooms are so thin, that i could hear how people were talking by the phone or watching tv in the other rooms and snoring at night, it was very bad for rest

The breakfast selection was of a good standard with a broad variety of hot and cold food choices.

The standard Spa facilities were limited and to some degree lacking.

The breakfast was just as great as we'd hoped it would be. We also enjoyed the pool, whirlpool, and sauna. Bathrobe and towels included, as well as slippers (but we had to ask for them at the front desk). The exhibition of quilted art in the lobby was also very nice. It was kind of cool that the three buildings are connected by tunnels. We had a nice view of the surrounding forests from our window/balcony in the mornings.

The walls were a little thin so when we were watching a movie in the room one evening, we could hear people speaking in another room nearby. Not specifically what they were saying, but the overall sound. The room decor is a little outdated but fine overall :)

The swimming pool was very spacious and nice. For the first time we see a 29 temperature degrees pool-bazen in czech hotels. Most of them keep 27 cold water through the winter season. The hot hydromassage tube jaccuzzi and Kneipp health path was also good. I like the warm connection tunnel between Hotel and Mercedes Spa Villa. The panoramic view to the forrest and Imperial castle was beautifull.- Nice Kid playground room- We like the enough options of wardrobe furnitures in the apartment.- The old Carlsbad foto galery in the hotel was interesting.

- For the first time in our life we waiting 45 minutes for Acommodation at the Reception desk with two employees! Sunday afternoon. - The Spa Center its no exactly SPA. Its a some kind a retro sanatorium. The Saunas & Steam bath zones looks like in balneo hospital. The Spa Reception needs more Wellcome vision.- The Charlestone restaurant also is not a hotel restaurant, but just a Canteen with staff. - the bed mattresses were terribly uncomfortable! Bulging bump in the middle, rolling off the edge of the bed. There is a gap between the double bed. Huge uncomfortable pillows, no normal pillows. Terribly hot in the apartment, can't turn down the heating, thick blankets.- The Breakfast every day is the same. The coffee is very strange without taste... Not kind espresso, not schwarz, no cream, no sweet or no bitter :-) - And what was this Green House and Blue House ?! :-) The hotel buildings are in orange yellow collors. - The whole hotel and wellness area needs some new homogenic vision, remind of old socialistic resort era.
