Amazing view from the top! The vibration of the hotel is very relaxed and calm.nice staff. Id recommend hiking down to the town It's a nice walk! They have bike tracks too. Really cool place. would recommend:)

Maybe a tip for the hotel: We had a room with sunrise. the curtains let all the light through!so having a very bright room from 4am onwards is not great for sleeping.

A wonderful, atmospheric hotel located in a stunning area! Gorgeous, modern rooms and an excellent restaurant!

Very spacious and nice room. Views around the hotel are nice. The jacuzzi & sauna (paid) is nice.

The hot breakfast was disappointing. It did not look appetising, nor did it taste good.Also the plastic plants in room and throughout hotel made it look outdated. There were plenty live plants so no need for plastic ones.

Breakfast was poor , at 20h30 we couldn’t get dinner anymore,

The room, even quite small, was lovely, facing the whole valley where the city is located. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom even had a bathtube.

The restaurant was scheduled to be.open until 22.00 but they closed it around 20.00. If this happens, you are forced to go in the city - approximately 6 km.

The location is great,however in the middle of nowhere. We have arrived 19:55 because of the accident on the highway and we were told that the restaurant is accepting orders for meal only till 20:00 and we were not able to order the dinner nor offered any option. This was not the best way to finish the long trip.

The location is beautiful. The view is exceptional. It can get very windy.

We had a little problem which was well solved by staff.

The location was fantastic. Absolutely beautiful view of Karlovy Vary from the highest point in the area. The attached restaurant was of high-end quality and also not expensive at all.

Basically the only thing that didn't exceed our expectations was the double bed which consisted of two separate matresses which slid around on the bed-frame as they were not held back by anything and thus one would always end up in the big hole in the middle of the bed that would inevitably form during the night. We fixed this by binding the matresses together with strings and after a few days the staff changed the sheets for a double sheet which helped a little but all in all the bed was a big failure and very annoying. Would probably be an easy fix by modifying the bedframe with an actual brim but sadly the way we found the bed was unacceptable. Would still visit again because everything else was very positive.

Nice quiet place. Great breakfast. Lovelly reception service.

Location, if you like wilderness

We stayed at your hotel Oct 1 to Oct 2. We had 2 rooms on the 3 floor, and our stay was terrible. Starting with shower. In one room shower head was attached next to the tub and no stand. More, ceiling above the tub was so low that I could not stand straight, hence I could not take a shower at all! In the second room shower door would not work properly and shower head was stuck at low level, making process of taking a shower a challenge. In second room heat in the shower did not work.TV's in both rooms did not work.One room had 2 glasses and cups and another room had cups and no glasses. And, to top it all off, there was a wedding at the restaurant. And it lasted until 3 am. And it was loud. In short, we could not sleep until 3 AM.

Very cozy room. Excellent breakfast. Quiet area. On the hill with great view.

Reception disorganised - they told me that they are booked up - room reservation confirmed from booking.com BUT NOT AVAILABLE after arrival. I didn’t get the room but they tools my money and they don’t want to put my money back! They are offering some discounts for my next stay instead of giving money back. I don’t like this property anymore
