Great location. Nice breakfast. Heated towel rack.

Breakfast is good, Location also is at middle of walking street. Room size is good for 1 or 2 people.

The location of the hotel and the staff were both excellent. We loved the breakfast that was offered, and the fact that parking could be purchased at an additional rate.

Very few things, but the automatic light in the rooms foyer was annoying when someone was trying to use the bathroom at night… It was far too bright, and there was no choice of whether to have it on or not. Also, the blinds on the first floor were not sufficient enough to block out the light from the main street below, as well as we would’ve liked. Minor things, but thought you might want to know.

Everything was great

The location, which is in the town’s Main Street, close to many shops, restaurants and baths.

There are now curtains or shutters, that hide the sunlight. Due to day we were forced to wake up very early.Also, there is no air conditioning system in the hotel. We were lucky to stay in the hotel when it’s still cold outside, and as I have already read in previous review, the missing AC could be a huge problem.

Location, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, however not a 10 out of 10

No kettle in the room, you have to walk down to the lobby. No coffee in the room either. It was cold in the room despite the heaters being on max. Cold floor in the bathroom and room itself. Sofa was broken. We booked a bigger room but were initially given a smaller one. I went downstairs to clarify and was told that booking distributes the rooms automatically, I doubt that. I was given a bigger room eventually but received no apologies whatsoever. Extremely expensive parking of 16€.

The location is amazing, very central; the room was big, clean, and quiet, even though it was in the center of the town. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was fantastic, definitely worth its price!

The bed wasn't very comfortable, especially the pillows; we wanted to try the massages at the hotel, but there was no service available due to the season (the staff kindly recommended an alternative)

Our rooms were on the 4th floor and felt a little attic like. Quite compact but that was ok. Tiny windows, no views which was disappointing. No coffee tea facilities in room, no daily clean towel service, heater in bathroom didn’t do much and shower dripping all night. We booked months in advance hoping we would have a room like the pictures. We then paid extra to “upgrade” one of the rooms. So considering we came from the other side of the world it was a little disappointing. Perhaps the other rooms are better.

A wide variety of breakfasts. The staff is very kind. The room size is perfect and the bathroom is large enough.

The pillow is too soft and it would be better to have a kettle in the room.

It was a small hotel in an excellent area of Karlovy Vary. The hotel staff was amazing and went out of their way to help in every way possible.

No parking close by.

The breakfast was very good and timely every day and service was excellent. Also, the staff at the desk were extremely helpful, kind and effective.

Lack of AC made 1 night a little bit warm, but overall not bad.

Excellent boutique hotel in the historic section of Karlovy Vary. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We will likely stay there again on our next visit.

Difficult to reach by car, also because some roads were closed with little indication.
