Everything was really nice. Rooms were warm and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The room could have had a bit more light options. The breakfast was really tasty, and location could not be better.

I did not like the massage therapist. It did not feel like a relaxation moment.

Bad reception. Unfriendly, disinterested, even rude. Asked for extra pillows as pillows completely flat and was told 5 minutes please. I called back twice more to reception and was never answered. No facilities for a hotel claiming four star, not even a kettle or iron or any coffee/tea. These are basics. Rough, old sheets on the beds. No mini bar - just an old fridge in the cupboard that was barely cold.

Terrible place

Everything is bad. Guys that work are hard for communication. All the pictures you see are from spa zone that never works. They dont turn on anything in spa and they keep the windows open so it is very cold and unpleasant. Workers also run away from you to avoid unpleasant talk about nothing working... Parking is also on the other end of the world.

Location was perfect. Only a few minute walk to the main area of the town. Great value for money

The food at the restaurant is amazing, and the staff there is excellent! The spa center is very nice with a swimming pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and a few other small but nice features. The location is 10/10. We had the street view and slept with open windows, it was very quiet.

There was no cleaning service throughout our stay. On our third day we asked to pick up trash and change towels, and the receptionist was surprised that nobody was cleaning our room daily. It should not be a mystery for staff to figure out what rooms need cleaning. I would also add second pillows on the beds, it was uncomfortable to read in bed with 1 small pillow.

I booked our room and requested for the 2 single beds to be replaced with 1 double bed in the room. They responded and agreed, only for us to get there and discover that they don’t have 1 Double bed in any of the rooms. I was disappointed because they should have been honest with their response to me, that they don’t have double beds. Asides that, every other thing is cool and nice?

The walls between rooms seem to be paper-thin and breakfast could certainly be improved.

staff in spa area is super chaotic, not friendly, the computer didn't work, all the procedures were mixedbe aware that every spa procedure or massage will be at least 5-7 minutes shorter as announcedswimming pool area is old and needs renovationprices for massage are too high with low quality: I found it horrible when during massage the mobile phone is ringing by the masseurone positive exeption is Mila, she is a great professionellat reception was a queue for the check out time: the printer didn't work and it was not possible to get the recept please plan enough time for check out procedure, everything is super slow

I liked everything, Swimming pool, 2 saunas, everything is clean, beautiful. We had a large room with a beautiful view of the church. The staff was very friendly. The food was delicious, everything was enough, everything is clean, comfortable, very beautiful room. I want to say a big thank you to all the staff.

All the staff were very nice. Breakfast was varied, large selection and was also delicious.

WiFi did not work at all. that was really unpleasant. in rooms and everywhere it somehow stank.

the location is perfect right in the center (but put in mind it is up a very small hill)It was quiet with great soundproofing, even two doors inside the room for extra soundproofing.Rooms are spacious (bathrooms bit small) but try to score the room with the bathtub facing the church, it was beautiful. Shoutout to Andreij, the kind and welcoming receptionist, he did his best to accommodate us perfectly?

Location was really central ?close proximity to main attractions, Hotel is very clean, friendliness ? of spa staff, swimming pool and spa, sauna excelent ? as we have traveled with children age 5 and 8 we have enjoyed so many special activities such as horse carriage, Town Train, Butterfly ? house, lift Diana near hotel Pupp, tower and the forest, nice cafés around, hot mineral water springs, highly recommend. Nice views from the restaurant also bonus roof patio on the 3th level where you can relax during your sunny days ?

Lack of breakfast choice, cakes dry, not many fruits just apples ??. Pate will be nice, soft cheese, spread, jam not just one but at least two to choose from, strawberries or water melon.... or baked beans just some suggestions. Friendly restaurant staff who is willing to help.

Both of receptionists were rude ,while checking out - the receptionist told me - you should pay 140czk not even explained for What,didnt print a receipt and also The credit card was not accepted for any kind of transactions ,Spa was Very poor,no shampoo to be used nor The soap and again it had to be paid by cash only and no receipt received again,personal didnt speak a word of English.Breakfast Just ridiculous,we arrived ať 9:25 and all food was already gone,no sugar to put into my coffee....This is not a 4 stars hotel,it deserves one star Max,The room was not clean The bed was full of hair ,paying 110€ for such a disaster is Very dissspointing
