Hotel Mignon

The hotel is in a very nice building and the room feels like in a palace. The staff was very gentle and helpful. The location was very good we could walk to all the places that we wanted to visit. The breakfast was very good.

Beautiful old hotel in excellent location on a lovely property surrounded by fantastic buildings and the woods. Out our window & balcony we had a great view of the gold domed church . The room was huge with original details. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is parking for 5 Euros. The breakfast also is wonderful. I would stay again.

The bathroom floor tiles are slippery. There is no shower, just a handheld in the tub.

It had parking (paid) at the premises and an elevator, although there were still steps to carry luggage up.

1) Only hotel that didn't provide facial tissue. 2) Worse, when we were leaving, the already loose handle to one of their building doors fell off while my sister was opening it and they blamed it on us. We insisted we didn't have the strength to spoil their door, whether on purpose or accidentally. In the end they didn't make us pay for it but it was upsetting to be blamed for something that wasn't our fault. It's like they didn't fix their failing equipment, waiting to blame it on the unlucky guest, so they can get more money. 3) There is an elevator, yes, a small one. But there are still a few steps to lug luggage up. How many steps depends on where you get to park your car, which determines the floor you can enter by. But every entrance has some steps.

Nice and big room, very clean and warm feeling interior. The place of the hotel very convenient in quietly environment. We welcoming by the reception and they help us for all our questions. The breakfast was good and well organized in a neat place. We thank all the personnel for a service and feeling like a family. We will recommend to all our friends. I would like to mention the very easy to park in the parking area of the hotel for a low cost.

An exceptionally beautiful hotel right across the street from one of the most beautiful (Russian Orthodox) churches I have ever seen. The staff are very friendly and parking is available. The room was huge and very charming. In the very large bathroom I actually had a big bath tub, which I really liked. Breakfast was also served much later than most hotels, which is nice when you are on holiday.

The breakfast could be better. They for example only had bread rolls and not fresh bread that you can cut yourself.

The location is very good. The apartment was spacious with a big bathroom.Breakfast was not so diverse, but the essential was there, and it was good.Convenient hotel parking, 5 eur/day.

Availability of car parking on the hotels private territory. The city center and the river embankment within walking distance. Staff is nice and friendly.

It is fairly old hotel. maybe it was nice 30 years ago but now it feels quite worn out. I do not understand why it is so highly rated on Booking.com. breakfast was so so, not like in hotel you typically pay such amount of money

Location was great, quiet rooms, comfortable beds. There really wasn't a shower but a bath tub with a shower hose attached but was still great. Parking was private at the hotel.Make sure you book that when you book your room

The old times charm of Karlrovy vary was also present on the inside of the hotel. Big rooms and comfortable beds.Breakfast ok. We where four guys from norway renting 4 rooms. We had a great time. Its just a short walk to central parts of town.

Construction everywhere, problems with parking, overall level of the hospitality in Karlovy Vary is unfortunately getting lower…

Excellent location to explore Karlovy Vary on foot. Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful.

It was not easy to park our car as the number of parking places is limited, the parking lot is tiny. Needs a skillful driver to manoeuvre a larger car to a tiny place.

The building with lots of history, great suite, huge bathtub, good service and breakfast.

- close to the center- very clean- sweet old-fashioned interior - beautiful, noble building - big room- predominantly friendly staff

- it isn't possible to darken the room completely (so I was awake very early ?) - no pluck sockets near the bed - the breakfast was disappointing (more selection and a more friendly waiter would have been great...)- no shower curtain in the bathroom!! (??)

Very nice hotel with a great ambiance on an excellent location close to the Promenade, but still very quiet.
