Retro Riverside Wellness Resort

Location, surroundings, nice hotel room, reception clerk most helpful and extremely nice.

Fair breakfast, reluctant dining room waitress. Swimming pool too cold to be considered.

The view, the spa and the staff

To have a joint terrase is a bad idea and made us feel exposed. At breakfast we had to wait very long to get the dish ordered from the menu, twice we finished breakfast without getting our ordet

The location, new facility and the spa

High prices for massage sessions and not up to the expected level

The staff was great. Very intimate feel. Great place to unwind for a couple away from the main area of Karlovy Vary

Has a nice view on the lake.

The location is ver isolated, you can’t walk from it to anywhere, need a car indeed.

The staff was super nice, room was very clean and the food was great. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

it was a bit secluded from everything. A fan in the gym would be lovely, it gets very hot and humid in there since it is located next to the pool area.

Everything, from spa to the suite room with the view. Good breakfast, stuff speak English. Perfect for couples who wants to relax

Everything was great! Very attentive and nice people. The room is big and clean. Spa area is great. Breakfast also was good, you can choose from quite a few options.

Nothing, all was good.

I liked everything about the place, the staff were amazing. The food and drinks in the restaurant and lounge were excellent. The spa was clean and extremely comfortable.

Amazing room with awesome view, excellent spa area well preserved. Personnel were all very kind and helpful. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway.

Nice in general

TV channels very bad Hair dryer very bad Lounge area look depressing

It is always a Dream! It was pur third time and we love it in Retro Riverside! Staff so friendly, Great breakfast, just Amazing.

A cozy 5 star hotel that is good for recharging the batteries !Strong points Personnel attitude. All of them eager to help and provide 5 stars services! Special mention for Lucie that was very supportive and gave us good hints!Spa area - not very crowded and quite keeping in mind the specific of the hotel-adults only.Food and restaurant atmosphere - extraordinary, deserving the 5 stars ? Weak points - a liitle bit farway of Karlovy Vary and with nothing to do around. At the end weak points could be an advantage to have a quite and relaxing holidays. All the best!

The reception staff was amazing, the manager and restaurant staff were very kind and accommodating! The facilities were luxurious and very comfortable. Spa, pool, gym, restaurant, terrace were very beautiful and comfortable. Would recommend for everyone who wants a legit experience of hospitality and rest.

Great location next to a lake with a small and cozy spa area. The stuff and service were incredibly friendly and helpful.

the spa area could be a little too small when there are few more guests.

I LOVE everythingThe staf!!The locationThe spaThe balcony and the view from the balconyThe room!!The friendly check in

Retro Riverside Wellness Resort is a truly beautiful hotel with friendly staff, spacious and clean room, terrific breakfast and perfect wellness area with many types of sauna, a pool and a whirlpool.

The hotel only had one masseur, which meant we (as a couple) had to go separately to treatment. The massage itself was excellent.
