We liked the location and the treatment from the staff.

the fact that the spa was in another building and we had to go when was freezing outside

Nice staff. Clean, comfortable room. Beautiful convenient location. Access to sauna and pool.

No jacuzzis.

The hotel itself was lovely, clean and in a great location. Unfortunately, the customer service at reception was poor. The room we booked was advertised as having 2 single beds. When I asked about it after we had checked in, I was told that it's not possible to have 2 single beds in the room we booked. I showed what I had booked via booking.com, but was offered not compromise or compensation. I was told that I could pay for the upgrade to a room with 2 single beds, but I refused since I wasn't the one at fault. There was zero flexibility from the receptionist. Eventually, I contacted booking.com. They also tried to reason with the receptionist but still no willingness to compromise or find a fair solution. In the end, booking.com agreed to reimburse me for the upgrade even though the hotel falsely advertised the sleeping arrangements. This was a very disappointing experience, especially for such a lovely hotel.

It is a pension, should not be classified as hotel.Reception closed at 7 pmMy room is superior room, missing a lot of things.Air conditioning was closed, not as mentioned in room details, just heating is working, we forced to open windows and not easy to sleep due to street noise.At night no water kettle, you can’t drink tea or coffee.Parking is not good choice, they will take your car to their garage and if you want to go, you should request every time and wait until they bring your car.Breakfast was below average and limited choices.No clothes iron

Overpromised their amenities. "SPA" is just a tiny pool, access is very difficult, you must climb stairs to it, and must ask the front desk staff for a key to get in.Room had tiny windows, like in prison. We could barely see any outside view

The main room is really empty. There should be more hangers, comfortable chairs and tables ,pictures on the wall. There was no basic coffee or tea. They charged us for parking 20 EUR per day even though it says it’s free for hotel guests in the hotel policy book in the room. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures, not wam enough.

Excellent location, excellent breakfast, but not too many amenities available and you have to ask receptionist for keys every time you want to use pool or sauna. Also property didn’t provide transfers from the airport.

Overall we are pleased with our stay. There are some minor inconsistencies, but not really annoying. Staff was nice

We stayed in the hotel for 8 days, rooms are spacious and clean, with balcony’s, terrace and even a kitchen. Great Swimmingpool and sauna. Location is in the middle of the centrum, everything is reachable within short minutes.Very friendly staff.

One half star minus is the breakfast and coffee, which is always the same and coffee is not drinkable. Apparently if you stay longer you can request additional dishes for the breakfast, but it wasn’t mentioned anywhere :(Another half star minus is the restaurant for the wine selection.

Location is very central. All good cafés, restaurant and bars are within walking distance

We spent a weekend in Karlovy Vary and were very pleased with the accommodation in Promenada Romantic Hotel. Great location in the city centre, but nevertheless quiet during the night, very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Hotel has an indoor pool and a small sauna. The breakfast was good with many choices. We also recommend the restaurant in the hotel. The dinner there was a memorable experience.

Nice location, smooth arriving with car despite no trafic zone. Stylish room. Very good restaurant.

Soft bed. Place Karlovy Vary itself was a bit disapointment.

Restaurant atmosphere. The food It was good but unfortunately there was a very noisy and vulgar group. Tap wáter, 100 kc!!! Not aceptable.

Great location; comfortable beds; quiet rooms. The restaurant is exceptional

Breakfast is quite poor but ok for that price. What we didn’t like was the shower in one of the rooms (203) - old stained shower cabin, old hardly functioning shower head, it’s hard to adjust the water temperature.

We were pretty happy about our stay in general. The bedroom were spacious and nice but I can’t relate it to cosy one. Free wellness provides with the swimming pool and one Finnish sauna. The breakfast is not going to be easy ride in case you are vegan or gluten free person. For vegetarians, it is just boring.

Bathtub shower not easy to access because of the height

My family stayed and had a dinner. As many reviewers mentioned on this website and google maps, dinner was fantastic. Also, rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected.

I don't think swimming pool was also as expected. Temperature of water was not warm.
