CAMP VARY - Vítkova Hora

The location is very nice. The airport is hidden behind a hill and very quiet. Just one flight of a large jet engine plane during the three days we spent there, other more frequent flights above us were smaller propeller planes not that frequent and not that noisy. Nice 15km wal all around Karlovy Vary hills with beautiful views in the city and very well marked trails starting right next to the camp.

The room wasn't very clean when we arrived (se pictures) ... the equipement was very limited (see picture) (a very small pot and a very small pan ok for a couple but not for a place for 6. ) the key help us out the second day with a huge pot from the restaurant kitchen but still many things that you usually find in a place your rent where not there... the water heater was leaking, the beds were very old and they were some nails poping up from the ground tiles... This place really needs some investment in renovation.

There was only one small towel the same size as a tea towel did not see any staff for help only when we was leaving and the cleaning staff snatched the keys from us

Liked the location as it is top of a hill.

No A/C in the room. Basic facilities, room was not very clean. Leaking water heater, commode not very clean.

Its location is perfect for a good relaxing weekend and time away from stress.The view of the town from up there is amazingSerene atmosphere

—The place was too cold and the heating being rented was expensive for a night.—I reported a utensil which was supposed to be in the room but was not and was told it would be sent over but never came.—We stayed for 4 days and no one came to check for cleaning as there was no mop to clean ourselves.—The surroundings of the building was weedy and I was afraid of snakes

Great location, kids playground, great views, close to the forrest, free parking close to your house. Kitchen has it all: pots, pans, plates, refrigirator. Beds were comfortable

Beautiful, peaceful location, just a nice 1h walk in nature to get to Karlovy Vary. Alternatively, taxis (the app-based ones) get you into town in 10 minutes for a very reasonable price.The cabin was rather simple inside, but just as we expected it. The hotel has a nice restaurant with terrace, we liked the food and the view. The staff were always polite and friendly.

It would be nice to get some larger towels. The ones we got were pretty small.

The surroundings are amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The meals in the restaurant are very good.

It can be a little cleaner.

I like the location and view, the staff is friendly and speaks several languages. Decent B-fast, good draft beer. Good connections if you travel by car.

We rented the cottage, we know it's a budget accommodation but still the furniture inside the cottage is really worn out, the fridge didn't close properly and the table and cabinet besides the fridge are soon will collapse. I think here is some space for improvement.

If you're arriving by car, then it's a super location (It is not easily accessible by public transportation). Calm and in the middle of nature with a nice panoramic view of KarloVy Vary especially during sunsets. They have a restaurant with really good food at very affordable prices. We also enjoyed the privacy of the sauna and whirlpool area, which could be booked for an extra price. (2 people can fit in the sauna simultaneously)

- The bungalows were not very clean- Despite having to pay extra for the heating, it was not enough (outside temperature between 5 and 10 degrees C)- Beds were not very comfortable- Toiletry was not available although it was mentioned that it would be available

Beautiful views, nice walking paths to Karlovy Vary. Very quite place, great for relaxing and taking rest.

Be aware that they will charge you more upon leaving, even if you have already paid through bookings.com. When I checked out the women behind the register all of a sudden charged me more money, even though I paid, what i thought was everything, already through bookings.com

the location is beautiful an close by car to karlovy vary. if you want a quiet place in the country side, this is perfect. especially if you have children. lots of space to run, a beautiful playground. the huts are so cozy. you pay for breakfast, but its acceptable.

to add wifi to the cabins. more comfortable beds. to put the sheets on before guests arrive. to add screens to the windows to prevents bugs from coming in.

The facilities were very old. And it looked like its not properly maintained.

Just a little bit cleaner and not dusty.
