Hotel Saint Petersburg

The location was amazing, breakfast was great and good value for money. Parking in front of the hotel, 15€/day, was very convenient.

This modest hotel was surprisingly above average. Our 4th floor room was small but featured a spectacular view of the Hotel Pupp across the street and surroundings. Breakfast very good with fresh bread and pastries actually baked in-house!

The location

Its a bit old school hotel but in general it gas been all nice. Breakfast was ok, eggs and savories etc

We liked location of the hotel: it is located at the main promenade of Karlovy Vary, but at pretty silent place. A tourist info office is located nearby, so we got necessary guiding there.The staff of the hotel is very helpful. We also liked breakfasts providing variety of choice and good service.Beds are comfortable and hard, which is very good for my back, I was able to get good rest after full day walking.

The decoration is a bit shabby, I would say "tired", however it is a minor thing.

We had booked the economy room but the receptionist moved us to a better room they had for the same price so we would be more comfortable and she was very nice and spoke English well. It was a beautiful room, that had royal decor vibes, with a great view to the Casino, Grand hotel and some other attractions. The breakfast had plenty of choices and it was very nice. The location was very good it was next to the Main Street and the river. Overall I’m very pleased.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was also very nice. Location was perfect and everything was within the walking distance. Lady at the reception was very welcoming and polite.

The location just in the city centre is perfect. The room is spacious,beds very comfortable,breakfast various,delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very recommended to stay here.

Very beautiful and really „royal“ room. Great view from windows. And all for relatively small price. Location is great, springs and parks nearby, lovely surroundings. Breakfast has good variety.

We were at peak time in this hotel, maybe that was the reason. There was only one person delivering food and cleaning tables at breakfast and she couldn’t serve so many people at once. But she was really great and doing her best to have everyone satisfied.

The staff was amazing and kind...she let us into our room early and made it possible for us to have two rooms next to one another. The location was excellent. Breakfast was decent, and the beds were extremely comfortable. What a little gem in a great location, just across from the grand hotel pupp!!

Nothing that they can do anything about! It's just a little worn, and that's reflected in the price I think. But clean, comfortable and they were very kind.

We loved this hotel, very beautiful decorations, in good location. Lot´s of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Tasty breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Possible to park Your car in reserved parking place (with additional fee) in front of the hotel, but You need to pre-order them when You book rooms.

Good breakfast. Hotel is quite close to the mineral water springs. They kept us a parking space in front of the hotel (but you have to pay for the parking).

The hotel is cozy, rooms are clean in a good condition, excellent breakfast. There is an elevator and only 2 steps on the main entrance (good for people with strollers, disabilities). very calm place. We loved everything

The number of tables in the dining room is less than number of people in the hotel, sometimes you’d need to wait for a while for taking breakfast. However we come around 8:30 and never have this problem

However, a Deluxe room was booked, there was no air conditioning, windows facing the street, it is not possible to keep them open at night. The TV was very small and the picture was constantly stuck. Although we wrote in the Boocing.com reservation that we wanted parking for 1 car, it turned out that there is no parking space because the hotel was still waiting for additional confirmation that we want to park. Finding a place was extremely difficult, we were finally able to park 700 meters away by the park. In the morning, it turned out that the number plate of the car had been stolen. The hotel is suitable for travelers without a car.

Very beautiful hotel decor, the room was a good size, bed and sofa very comfy, we arrived 2 hours before check-in time and were given a room right away. Breakfast was tasty and refilled if asked, going to the start of the breakfast at 8 am was very crowded, might have to wait for a table if you are not lucky, but if you come at 9.30-10.00 easy to get a table and not crowded at all. Woman serving at breakfast is very friendly. Some food maybe going out though. Worked out for us as there's only one day we needed to leave early, other days sleep in and go later was perfect. Location is good, walkable to the center in about 10 mins or bus to the train station just across the street from the hotel.

Towels were not changed at all in 3 nights that we stayed. No place in bathroom to put toiletries to do makeup. Shower curtain not very convenient, sticks to the body. Need a glass or curtain from heavier material for better shower experience.
