- curtains aren't light blocking at all. receptionists are in another hotel, ypu have to call if you need them. Breakfast is also in another hotel, just in front of the main door but we didn't have it for personal reason. check in took looooong time as the friendly lady receptionist said that she is retired but still helping and that's why she was slow.
- Location of the canteen, which is in the other building.Variety of food on the breakfast.Worst Coffee ever.

Perfect location, sweet staff, clean rooms with all the stuff you need. I would definitely recommend this place.
Location was great and staff were friendly and helpful and room was spacious and clean.
Shower pressure in our room was very low. But we booked 2 rooms and the other room the pressure was fine.
It was exceptional clean, beds were very comfortable and the location was awesome.Comfortable bright and spacious room with three beds.. Everything was reachable by foot. Near to the hot springs and city center..
The stuff was very friendly but english was not so understandable, communication was not always so good and easy. The breakfast was okay but not so enough choices for vegetarian or people dont eat pork, the fruits were looking old. Coffe was fine and all together it was just weak. At the weekend we were not able to use any of treatmans in our hotel Malta. And we were staying just over the weekend.The receptionist offered us threatments only on sunday in the hotel accros the street..Which didn't match with our preafered threatments...
They accept to change my reservation although in last minute without additional cost, highly appreciated
The breakfast could be better
Very clean hotel, great area but the lady at the desk is a bid unfriendly. She also charged taxes for the room when my reservation said taxes were included. She spoke very little English which made checking in a bit difficult when she was charging us for the parking that we requested and for the taxes we had already paid. It wasn’t that much but still irritating.
