the room is big, for the reception was very kindly and helpful, i faced problem in the restaurant with 1 worker have problem with Arab , the manger solve the problem immediately with apologies

there is no entering for disability people and stroller i hope they make it easier for those people

Hotel directly at the promenade, very helpfull and friendly stuff, will come again. Parking directly behind the hotel.

The location was great, exactly at the city center! The breakfast was satisfactory and the overall cleanliness was very good!

Unfortunately, the staff at the reception desk did not speak English and if my partner was not Czech, I would have been totally unable to communicate with them. Furthermore, there was no parking space available and we had to pay for the basic spa facilities that were limited only to a pool and a sauna. The breakfast could have been bigger and also the staff (referring to those who could speak English) should have been more friendly and helpful.

They have a really nice location, spa is nice as well and the staff is trying their best to fulfill all you requests.

I reserved a parking spot which we didn’t get because staff forgot about our request. Later on we had to call a manager to help us out because the parking was full. After talking to the staff for hours we got our spot and later in 3-4 hours the reception called us to move our car. We were 1 hour from the hotel by walking and they wanted us to come back and move the car when we already had a drink. We were occupied in a small room and the windows weren’t sound proof. We couldn’t sleep properly because there was some machine cleaning the street in the morning and in the midnight they were playing loud music. I was more than disappointed with the stay because we were there 2 nights and the first one everything went perfect and the second one was just awful.

Dirty entrance, 45 minutes to check in, narrow bathroom, no slippers and bathtub, staff can’t speak English, parking and rubbish view and finally very dirty carpet

I didn't like the noisy room 112, gabage car, noisy road. The windows don't hold the noise and heat.

Location.

Spa hotel pretends more than trully is. Not all staff was nice.We called to hotel because of the parking and we were told that parking is 10 euros per day. At the reception we have found price 20 euros because "phone picked up part-time worker who knows nothing". We got a sale for parking 7 euros anyway.When we wanted to go to sauna staff told us "we do not know if we have a clean sheets because some clients take more sheets than they can". It was shocking to hear the staff making excuses for the lack of sheets for other clients. In the end we got clean sheets.
