The location is good. A quiet area with very nice hotels around.

The spa is very small. The water stream in the pool works with a very very long pulse. The Jacuzzi bath is extremely small. Only for 2 people. The door in the sauna is broken. It is not possible to close. As a result, the temperature is not 90 degrees, maybe around 60.

Check-in was too long. At the reception first speak with people who came after us, making us wait even longer. They spoke with us russian, even if e spoke English. After some argue, language was changed. Flyer with info about the hotel was in russian. Taking into account that my bf doesn't speak Slavic languages at all. The place is completely russian and only for old people. Stuff and guests speak russian, like it's clear that everyone has to know and use this language.The spa wasn't good. Only 2 small pools with quite bad smell and sauna. Breakfast is average, no big choice and not really tasty. Double bad was, in fact, made with 2 separate parts, which made it uncomfortable. I wouldn't come again or recommend it to someone.

Amazing people, especially administrator. A very lovely and positive place. Small but cozy pool and sauna. Hotel also left a complimentary gift in each room, with another complementary champagne/wine glass at the bar. Very lovely service. Breakfast was also very good.

Staff were very friendly and spoke various levels of English. Location was great. Facilities were good, especially the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Beds were comfortable and rooms were large. Water pressure of the shower was great. Breakfast was ok, not great but not bad either. Housekeeping was extremely friendly and helpful.

Check-in! Took 25 mins to check-in the two couples before me. My own check-in was 10 minutes. It's not really a 4* hotel but rather a 3* hotel. I've stayed in 4* hotels and they're a much higher level than this but this one is not bad. Stay away from the dinner. It was an overpriced buffet with not a good selection at all. Better food at a lower price can be found in the restaurants around Karlovy Vary.

Everything was like described, long check out time -we could sleep longer.. just perfect. Nice room, clean, breakfast very rich, stuff very friendly. Spa and wellness: clean, warm, Massage top, Bad robes, towels for free in the Spa area ! Our stay was a dream, we will come for sure again.

Noise from the next room, you can hear the neighbors. The mattresses on the beds are moving to the sides (...) limited breakfast buffet, it seems that on Sunday there were some foods from Friday. Older equipment and appearance, I can't believe it's 4* in 2023.

Very conveniently located. we needed a hotel exactly in that part of town. Also a very friendly lady at the reception. Having spa onsite is handy.

The breakfast was subpar with a low quality coffee and less than great selection of food. We were sent into the very corner despite many free tables available. Facilities are fairly dated although nothing was really falling apart.

The sauna is really tiny as is hot tub. Pool is a bit bigger but also small. We expected a bit more spacious facilities.

Older furnishing, pretty strict rules (breakfast till 10, we were told to leave few minutes after). Overall the hotel looked like its best years were gone. Parking is NOT available.

Super Cozy Hotel, and near the fountains. Food was amazing, bed amazing and staff super helpful. Exactly what we needed.

There should be information of the Spa treatments in english, since there were none.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It is two single beds pushed together with a gap in the middle, not really what we were expecting. We purchased the package. For around 200 euro for 1 night we were a little disappointed. The massage is separate and lasts for 10 minutes each (it is advertised as a couples massage, so we thought it would be at the same time). The dinner was ok nothing special, the lady that runs the restaurant is really lovely though. The room was quite outdated with a lot of mould in the bathroom.

This hotel is trying to scam you on every step. They wanted us to pay for slippers (plastic cheap hotel slippers) and every facility was with extra pay. This smells like scam to me. They offer a small cold pool (they call it swimming pool) 4 person home style hot tub and a 3 person sauna. However nobody even uses it because water is stinky and pool is pointless because it is not thermal water (it smelled like chlorine a lot). I am trying to understand their logic on this and I really can’t understand this scam mentallity. This city is a thermal city and they even don’t put thermal water in a 150 liter hot tub and you are paying the same amount of money as the other thermal hotels which has a huge thermal pools and saunas.Lets talk about the staff a little :) English language is their enemy, they spoke russian. However they did not learn any polite russian words, nor english ones. Check in took more than 20 minutes. When at our first day we asked the basic question about the city at reception, the lady sarcasticly said that If you travel somewhere, you should at least walk in the city. When we were checking out, we had to wait a long time because they were sending some staff to check our minibar, we were almost late to the train. Receptionist literally almost screamed at us and said to us that we should plan time better and come 10 minutes in advance. I do not expect this kind of communication from 4 star hotel in one of the best cities in Czech republic, it’s a shame. Overall, if it would be a possibility, I would ask for a refund and book other hotel.Breakfast: it usually ends at 10, however if you came at 9.30, you are late. They are already starting to pack everything and you are eating literal leftovers from other people. More than half of the food is gone. All bread and pastry was very dry, cheese is dry by 10, half of fruits are dry or rotten.Hotel is not worth the price at all, they did the bare minimum, it was clean in the room.

As usual in Czech republic staff wasn't too helpful and they think every guest is from Germany. Also matresses were awful.
