Holiday Home Our Happy Place is located in Plettenberg Bay, just a 6-minute walk from Keurbooms Beach and 4.1 miles from Goose Valley Golf Club. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, tennis at the tennis court, free private parking, and free Wifi. The vacation home offers an outdoor swimming pool with a fence, as well as a public bath and full-day security. Offering a terrace and lake views, the vacation home includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, satellite flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bath. - Our Happy Place was without a doubt the best stay of our entire trip and one of the best ever. There is something really special about this place that goes above and beyond what you would usually rate in an accommodation. The name says it all. The apartment, which is on the second floor while the lovely hosts Dianne & Peter live on the first floor, is beautifully and tastefully decorated and has everything you need. A highlight was the large terrace, perfect for relaxing (and working). The location is simply unbeatable - just a minute's walk to the river, where at low tide you can take lovely walks to the river mouth or reach an absolutely stunning, almost deserted beach in just 5 minutes. But what truly sets this place apart besides from the gorgeaous accomodation is the warmth and kindness of Dianne & Peter. They are such a lovely, interesting, and welcoming couple, making the stay feel more like visiting friends or family than just booking a place to stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer - but unfortunately, I messed up with booking extra nights, and someone else beat us to it. What a shame! If you get the chance to stay here, dont hesitate - its one of those rare places with an atmosphere/vibe/karma you cant quite put into words and won't find very often.
