Pros +
- Clean and comfortable accomodation
- Liked the size of the room, was spacious. Cleanliness was okay. Staff friendly and kind and helpful.
Cons -
- Not being informed of renovations, outside pool was not available. Also gym facilities was not available due to renovations and being without power. Facilities make you choose one accomodation above an other and if not available it's disappointing. Would of been nice if I were notified when I booked.
- I did not like that we advertising a POOl and Game Room yet this was not available. This is what attracted us to the facility and on arrival found it was not available or in use. Very disappointed The view from our room was not the very best, we had location section from the main bedroom. Thought this destination would overlook a nice lake or beach.
