- We stayed at Hotel Saptagiri for four nights. The hotel personnel, cleanliness, and amenities are all superb. Its biggest feature is its proximity to Dal Lake and Nishat Bagh. In the evening, one can stroll down the alley to these locations and sample the street delicacies. Mr. Janak, our travel agent, assisted us in organising our excursions to Sonmarg, Gulmarg, Doodhpathri, and Pahalgam, and made our trip memorable and stress-free, especially during Kashmir's high season. Thank you so much to the entire staff at Hotel Saptagiri as well as Mr. Janak.

- The booking from Canada by my son failed - which was made through his credit card. That means, the booking by Booking.com failed. The hotel charged us Rs 4040 per room ( 2 rooms) the rate quoted by Bookings.com. For bookings across the counter - the fare per room is Rs 3000 onl;y. Is the visitor required tobe penalised - though I paid the amount Rs 8080/- direct from my pocket in the counter. Is it justified. AM I NOT ROBBED OFF Rs 2000/-??? iS IT GENUINE BUSINESS ???

very old furnishing, No valye for moneyvery old toilet & toilet fittingsthey didnt provide any tissues even,when requested for tissues - Got reply that, Tissues wont be provided.
There best part is breakfast is awesome ! The have early check in and late check out. Also they provided free clock room service for half a day which helped me .
The reception staff were not well informative and was trying to teach us my room was booked wz breakfast but they were trying to charge I feel the staff is.oversmart

Never ever visit this place, I had to beg them for providing me a plate so that I can eat my food in room also when asked for water bottle they denied me. If you still think I am lieing i don't care.... but this is what I experienced and true to my knowledge
