Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of MXN 8000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. We are pet friendly! However, we charge a cleaning fee during your fur baby's stay. All animals are the responsibility of their owners as we are not responsible for the well being of animals on our premises. Animals are not to be left unattended in our rooms for any reason. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the entire stay is charged and is non refundable.

- This hotel was fabulous. If you are looking to reconnect with self or spouse,this space offers just that. It was clean,everyone was very attentive, tge food was great.
- The best part of this hotel is the staff, they go beyond any expectation of hospitality. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and caring. The hotel is so beautiful, the food was amazing, the pool is open 24 hrs. We didn¿t want to leave. Can¿t wait to come back.
- Overall the hotel was beautiful. Perfect ambiance for pictures. Our room lacked robes, towels for two, and the hammock. The menu wasnâ≢t diverse. I was food poisoned my 2nd day & the staff were not attentive or empathic to our needs or concerns.
Cons -
- I did not like was the stray cats hanging around. While relaxing in the pool they used my villa as a walk thru and I woke up 2:52 am to literally a cat fight at the shower door in which shower is located outside. The cat being beat crapped at the door.
- We didnâ≢t like the lack of variety or options for food. The lack of basic amenities that were suppose to be with our room. The lack of concern for our wellbeing after informing the staff that I was sick from eating from their kitchen.
