I will never come back to this hotel: there was no hot water from evening to the morning. Checkout is at 12, but they come and take your stuff at 11:30, waiting for you to go. The woman at the checkin is not nice. Overall experience is very disappointing

The property is incredibly gorgeous. All the staff in every area are kind, patient, helpful and attentive. Food & drinks were impressive, fresh, wonderful flavors. Included breakfast was not your typical small free meal, it was amazing. Center location!

Only 2 things out of hotel control 1. lots of waves 2. mosquitoes (but they provide bug spray).

The staff was very welcoming and friendly! There was intention in exposing guests to cultural rituals via Wellness activities and events. The food was fantastic! The private beach area was ideal. The location is bikeable to town and landmarks.

Our Jungle room had critters living in the ceiling; We were woken up several times at night when they scampered about. There was a public ¿beach party¿ one day; many non-hotel guests came and lingered the entire day and the music was loud for hours.

I especially liked that this hotel was quaint, well-kept, and clean. Additionally I liked how warm and friendly every staff member was, going out of their way to help my friend and I whenever we needed anything.

I did not like that the bikes available for guest use did not have lights. I took one out to get cash at an ATM at night and had to use my iPhone flashlight in order to see the road.
