- The hotel was extremely clean, the rooms were GORGEOUS, the food and drinks were incredible, and the staff was very accomodating
- Clean, friendly staff
- The cenote was incredible.
Cons -
- Staff could not speak good English or have a good understanding of vegan. Only an issue in restaurant
- Included breakfast is included no extra to pay. Tips on top is a bit much. The overall prices for food are over priced and are similar to a hatted restaurant in NYC only for price not quality.
