- Welcome drinks and friendly staff
- I really liked the layout of the room & resort. Stayed at Casa Zamna (beachfront section) and it was peaceful, romantic, and attention to detail from all the staff was superb! We had access to the main resort and all its restaurants too.
- I would rate this hotel a 10 but we had an issue with our room not being ready at 3. When we got to our room the fridge was dirty with beer and food from prior guests. Pillows were also stained and there was no coffee or water.

- Housekeeping didn?t clean my room while we was out
- The layout of the hotel is a bit complicated as all the buildings connect and all look pretty much the same. The pools are not warm unless there is a lot of sun during the day. The location is in the middle of the jungle. Rooms are gorgeous!
- This is a new hotel that is working out the kinks. They pool/beach club ran out of tequilla and certain mixes. This resort closes early therefore most people rely on room service. Room service can take up to two hours if they come at all.
