- How friendly the staff was. 10/10
- The room and views were nice.
Cons -
- Yes. Waited until 6pm to get into my room, service was slow, no availability in restaurants, checkout was a nightmare. We had to walk a mile with our luggage. Not enough golf carts or shuttles.
- The bathrooms. It wasn?t the hotels fault but the bathrooms from others vacationing were horrible. Staff was constantly in and out cleaning them
- I didn't like that it is not easily accessible to walk everywhere, you have to shuttle to places along the resort. You also have to make reservations early for most dinner places - would like it more if there were more walk in style dinner options.
